Stay away from this company!

We ordered a set of Calphalon pans but they sent the wrong set…. Wrong sizes and less expensive set that what we PAID for.

They accepted the return but would not pay for shipping…50$ Canadian.

We had already paid 20$ to have it delivered to us as shipping was not covered by Amazon Prime.

This amount was close to half the cost of the original set.

COMPLETE Lack of Customer Service. Why does Amazon continue to deal with such a company!!!

Never Again will I purchase a product from any seller that is not under the Amazon Prime umbrella .

Also…..we did contact Calphalon directly, and they basically redirected the problem back to us to deal with….another company who does not care about their customers!

Do not purchase from this store! If you have a return, they do not respond to you. I have reached out 3 times to the store to return my item and no one has responded to my return request. I’ve also tried calling and the phone just rings. No voicemail, nothing. Never again will I purchase anything from them.

Terrible to deal with. Sent a poorly wrapped product. Glass shattered and I would have to spend $60 to return. Only concession a $25 postage credit nothing for damaged product. I would not recommend using this supplier

Do not purchase from always-quality. They sold me a refurbished pair of Oster hair clippers that were not labeled refurbished. Got loud after one use and less than 6 months later they are junk.

The Kitchen Aid countertop oven arrived on September 20. It was too big for my small space, so I returned it immediately (less than one hour). Eleven days later, Amazon, after telling me to wait for return delivery, is telling me to wait 10 more business days while they file a claim. Always Quality is exactly not that. There is no contact information and for this company. Am I out $434.00?

I'm rating this company a zero and shame on Amazon for not vetting their third party vendor.

So sign me up along with the rest of the pissed off buyers. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO FIND OUT (in small print) that ALWAYS-QUALITY means a return policy that is way to complicated.

I bought a 4-cup Mr. Coffee that turned out to be an item made for hotels. So after grinding my teeth to get the thing back in the box I discovered the 'policy'.

After reading all the negative reviews I'm Not wasting my time going to a WALMART STORE in Napa and expecting a refund.

I will never ever buy anything that doesn't have a clear disclaimer of who is the 3rd Party and WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

And I am NEVER GOING TO BUY ANYTING ELSE FROM WALMART.

I too wish there was a NEGATIVE STAR.... I GIVE THEM 5 NEGITIVE STARS.

Chalk up $43 for nothing.

Don't trust this company!

I contacted them because I purchased a Kitchenaid item from them. Not only did they not advertise that the item is refurbished, but their description said that it contained accessories that it did not contain. Plus, the thing didn't even work. I put it together, plugged it in - couldn't even press the buttons down.

The person who answered the phone acted rude, so when I asked about the company the person didn't want to give any company information, say who the owner is, or put that person on the line to talk to me about my order. Any company that is going to act like they have something to hide isn't worth conducting business with.

I don't appreciate the false advertising, and I certainly don't appreciate the flippant person on the other end of the line. They offered me a refund but instead of offering to send me a return label so I can send this thing back, they disconnected the line. When I called back, they did not answer. So, I called WalMart customer service, who said they'd process a refund and make sure I get a return address label, I appreciated that, but I do think WalMart should give this company the boot.

If this is the type of merchants WalMart has conducting business with their consumers, then it's time to say goodbye to WalMart. Can't trust a company that doesn't screen their merchants any better than this (assuming that they do actually screen them).

If I could do a negative star I would. I purchased a kitchenaid hand held mixer the day after Christmas. I thought it was 79.99 but then I was charged $149. The next day the price dropped to $79 so I asked if I could get a price adjustment, they told me I could return. I did a refusal for the delivery from FedEx and it was delivered at my house today. These guys are crooks!

Purchased a Coffee Grinder $300.00 -received damaged/previously used--Contacted Amazon they said Always Quality was a 3rd party vendor and they would have to authorize return--contacted them thru Amazon 5 times they responded via email that I needed to get authorization from Amazon--Amazon said that the RMA needs to come from them--No communication-no refund no customer service Crap product stay away from them --Amazon needs to stop allowing them to sell products to their customers--bad reflection on Amazon for not vetting the vendor to protect the consumer from a scam of a operation I give them minus 100 Stars!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Coleman rechargeable quick pump from Always -Quality off of Walmarts webpage. They sent me a product that was six years old. Not knowing it at the time, I charge it up for 12 hours and it didn’t work. Will not refund my money. If I could give them a zero I would.

Product was not new and delivery was SLOW! I ordered a Gillette razor handle with 2 blades. The package was received out of the complete factory packaging (blister pack). The top of the package was taped onto the bottom package. If I was told I would be receiving the product in a taped up package I would not have ordered it. This will go back to Walmart.

Do not use this company. I bought a refurbished kitchenaid mixer for my 72 YO mother and after 3 uses...6 months...it died! They said they can't do anything after 30 days and to contact kitchenaid. Kitchenaid said since it is refurbished they can't do anything. Bad company doing very shady business practices!

I order an expensive set of Oster clipper and trimmers. Found a job and opened them to see I was unable to use them. They are alot different than Wahl clippers. I was told they were refunding my money and then get an email telling me to go through the manufacturer that it was over the 30 days. Mind you this email took them 30 days for me to see I was in fact not getting the money returned as they promised after explaining they were unusable. Now I have a set of over $200 worth of work tools I can not use and still need to fork out money for a set of Wahls. There was no quality service here. I am very unhappy. I just so happen to work at the SmartStyle inside of Walmart and was just hired...and do not make much for such a loss.

Holy crap I guess I am not the only one who has had a nightmare of a time with this company and Walmart. I ordered something from Walmart, they canceled that order and then told me to buy it through Always Quality saying they would discount it because it was 170 dollars more. Its a complete scam. They sent me some BS in a sketchy as water damaged box. This place sucks so much and Walmart knows it. I will probably never shop with Walmart again. I am tired of enabling this type of bad business.

Horrible service. They sent me a blender when I ordered a stand mixer. Then took a long time to get back to me. Then made me take 3 small kids with a huge box alone to the fed ex store far from my house to return because of their mistake. I think they do this on purpose. Be careful with ordering from them!

Not responding to emails. I placed an order through Walmart c/o Always Quality. Go to your filters on Walmart.com to select your retailer's I only choose Walmart because 3rd party companies are taking money and items not being as described once they arrive.

Horrible service. They are poorly trained and most probably a small group operated company that their intention is to only make money and they don't care about your feedback nor about your return to buy from them. Check the price too, they are higher than others. I had a very bad experience with them. Take a step back and think well before dealing with them. My complaint is always addressed to Walmart and Amazon to outsource this poorly organized so called "Always Quality". No star rating for my experience but I have to select one.
