ALT FRAGRANCES

I purchased 2 perfume bottles on Feb 8, but never received them, contacted support team and they told me it was lost in the mail, they offered me either get a new replacement or store credit, I requested a replacement, but still haven't received any email with shipping status, there is no customer service phone number, with all these reviews now I understand I got scammed and will never receive any package from ALT Fragances, very disappointed!

Horrible still waiting on my fragrance since October of last year first ups drop it off at the wrong address never got my replacement

I bought few of them, when I received my package 2 of the bottles were half way empty , one bottle smelled like medication . I emailed their customer support for about a month to get return label. Finally they sent me return label with a note that they will deduct from my balance for shipping it back ,and restocking fee of 5% even though it was their mistake that the bottles were half way empty. they asked a picture proof , i did send that . I returned the product back and they received it in September /2022 and still don't have my refund . they are fraud.

I have been sending an email every day stating that I still don't have my refund no reply . fraud, scam

I got scammed! The employee failed to do my cancellation then charged me $84 dollars saying it’s restock fee! I never wanted the order and sent the package up opened back. They confirmed receiving and she is covering her errors

Terrible smell, no customer service phone number, they suggest you to make 1st purchase with 20% discount and then if you don’t like it you can’t get your money back only store credit because you use 20% discount. Fir what I need their store credit? Very cheap , synthetic smell, I never will be shopping with them. Don’t deserve even 1 star. Terrible
