I purchased a camera from Walmart.com which arrived on or before 12/17/2021. I paid $622.08 for it. I did not even know that Walmart sold items through 3rd parties and when I bought it I thought I was buying it from Walmart. I attempted to return the item on 2/5/2022 and Walmart refused to accept it because they claimed it was purchased through a 3rd party Al's Variety. Walmart's website says, "Normally, items purchased in our stores or on Walmart.com may be returned or exchanged within (90) days of purchase with our without a receipt." After initiating the return I was told I only had until 1/24/2022 to return it because apparently Al has a 30 day return policy (which begins ticking on 12/26/2020 for Christmas gifts). I explained that I was unaware of a 30 day policy and that I was not able to return it sooner because I had Covid-19 and couldn't walk 20 feet without losing my breath as if I had run a marathon and they did not care. After dealing with Walmart for weeks, I called Al's Variety directly, and the man who answered the phone sounded annoyed that I called him and was dismissive and could not care less about my circumstances. He only cares about money and not about people was what I got out of it. I even offered to pay a restocking fee, and he refused. I will never buy anything from Al's or anything from Walmart.com again.
