I purchased Daiwa reel from them but it never came. I emailed them to check the delivery status and resend or refund if needed, but all they did was just forwarded the screen shot of USPS website which I checked hundred times of course. No sorry, no politeness, didn't even try to find the solution. Worst experience ever.
Order through Walmart. They won't return contact at all and won't ship the 2 reels I ordered. 100% don't order from this company. Walmart can't even get a hold of them.
