Ordered a phone case through though this company on April 20th said would be delivered on Saturday the 1st but woke up on the 2nd and it is delayed tracking says it is still in California

Bought phone case for Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra...case fit but camera protector does not fit!!! What a waste of money!!
I too was cheated by this company and Walmart.com. I ordered a cover for a new tablet. It did not fit even though it was suppose to be for the Tablet I bought. Had to search to find anything on this company. Was hoping for a phone #. After reading these comments I fear I will never see my refund. I am so disappointed in Walmart for not checking out these companies before selling their products.

I ordered from Walmart but they will not refund, said to contact this company. Did a chat and was told I would be transferred, but it took me to a form that said for $46 a month I could talk to a tech, want kind of Company is this and why is Walmart allowing them to sell on their marketplace. I see why the rating is 1 out of 5. Thankfully my item was not very expensive! Never again.
I checked on my purchase last night, and it stated the merchandise is delayed but does not tell me why or when I will be receiving what I ordered. The original e-mail to me from the company stated that it would arrive on February 21st, and now here we are 6 days later, and nothing has arrived. I checked the tracking but it does not give me any information. I will not be ordering from here again, and I better get my order soon or I will contact the BBB, and file a claim.
Placed an order. Waited and waited and waited. E-mail said item had shipped and when to expect it. It did not arrive - in checking message added, "delayed". Still waited. Sent message to seller - and instead of a response I receive a message saying, "customer changed mind".
I did not change my mind! Very disappointed that I ordered from this company, and did not receive my order - I did not ask for a credit to my account I asked when I might expect to receive my order.
I helped my sister order a wallet phone case in January. Said it would arrive by February 14th. Got an email saying it has been shipped. Today is the February 18th and still nothing. Gave us a tracking number but says California. Never changes. I went to post office today and was told that it has not shipped yet. Wondering if you people are going to ship it or are you going to rip us off
Ordered two iPad cases for Christmas gifts at Walmart.com from Ally Tech Group Inc. Walmart store would not refund me because of third party and over the 30 days returned policy of which was not aware. If I knew there was going to be problems I would have never ordered. I believe Walmart should not deal with such third party and is responsible for situation. Very unsatisfied customer and will complain again to Walmart.com. There is no way to contact Ally Tech on line. Should have ordered from Amazon

I ordered a tablet case for a Fire 7 from Walmart.com on Jan. 6 & it was supposed to be here by Jan. 16 but instead I got a message that my order is delayed and to check back for updates. I should have ordered from Ebay. I wanted to give a rating of 0 stars but it won't let me post my message.
the phone case will not fit and walmart won't take it back. The return policy of ally tech is impossible. Walmart should tellpeople the 3rd party sellers do not accept returns. If a retailer does not accept returns, it will not make sales. buyers beware, do not buy from walmart.com. the message will not work without giving them at least one star. How can I give them "-1"?
