Ordered 6 jars of Topcare brand 2% menthol thru Walmart. This seller sent a different brand which was only 1.25% menthol. DON'T trust this seller !

I WISH I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR RATING!!! They are a HORRIBLE company!! The customer service is Terrible. I ordered some thumbtacks and I wanted to return them to Walmart because I couldn't use them in the home where I am staying. When I went to return them to Walmart, the associate told me I couldn't return them because they sent me items different from what's on my receipt, so basically because the SKU numbers don't match, they can't process a return. The sellers at alltopbargains took it upon themselves to send me something that they foolishly thought would be acceptable, they were wrong. When I asked them to correct their error, they gave me attitude about getting MY MONEY back and said they did nothing wrong!! The nerve of these people! They don't have a no return policy so what's the problem with correcting THIER ERROR? If they will do something like this over some thumb tacks imagine what they'll do with a big-ticket item return...NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE FROM HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM ALLTOPBARGAINS.COM

Ordered ankle socks through Walmart.com. They came in the wrong size and not the material I had thought they were. Nowhere in the purchasing process did AllTopBargains list their return policy. So when I tried to process a return of the socks, they refused because I was outside of a 30 day window. Even though the socks are unopened and unused, they refused to process a return. When I pressed them for a response, the only answer I got was "sorry for the inconvenience."

I will never buy from them again!

Bought some Christmas presents from Walmart.com instead of going in due to this pandemic. Shopped in October. Need to return some of the items but Walmart won’t take it back because it came from Alltopbargains. Had I known I wouldn’t have ordered from a 3rd party but since it’s been over 30 days they won’t do a return even though the 2 our of the 3 items that I want to return are still in their original packaging with tags and all. They just didn’t fit right for the 2 out of 3 ppl I got them for. It took me a while to convince my husband that Walmart was worth the purchases but I will not bother with them anymore. Nor will I EVER purchase anything from All Top due to their crappy customer service. Looks like they are also on Amazon which I order from all of the time so I will make sure they are never apart of my purchases. BE AWARE you cannot get a live person on the phone either!!! Just Email! I would give 0 stars if possible.

I ordered and never received... checked tracking number, advised package at my local Post Office and would be delivered the following Saturday, which was approximately 7 days earlier. I called the PO and they checked the tracking number and advised me the only thing alltopbargains had done was the shipping label.. had not brought the package to their PO. I then called WalMart and they immediately refunded my money. The Post Office informed me this was common from some scammers. I'm not accusing alltopbargains of being scammers... ?? but that is exactly what the PO told me.

We bought a pack of AllTopBargains 3 Mens Knocker Boxer Shorts. After a cool cycle wash a pair of boxers came out crinkled like a piece of paper, and shrank to make them unwearable. I wrote to the seller asking for replacement or refund, since the boxers were virtually new. After a few days of to and fro emailing and trying to stall, they asked for photo evidence. I sent photos. They carefully calculated one third of the pack price, and refunded that. I guess we should count ourselves lucky, if the other customer reviews are anything to go by.

Ordered 7 day pill organizers...terrible quality item. Returned due to that fact and was also charged the 20% restocking fee. Will never deal with this company again. Beware!!!

I ordered a CD Visor Holder and received another style than what was one the web site. I had to send them several pictures of the item so I could return it. then they ask if I wanted to keep it at a discount or get a refund because the manufacture has up graded the Visor . So with all the hassle I went through they already knew what was the problem. ( lets not think about putting the right item and description on the web site) O" Yea 1 star because there is nothing less.

I received my 7-day pill organizers today. They are awful!! The little caps of each day’s pill compartments DO NOT LATCH! No way to keep pills in these holders. I am trying to find a way to contact seller for a refund but nothing will work in the contact department. I would gladly have just contacted the seller and take care of it one on one but there is no way I guess

Ordered Kitchen Timer 5/28/20 revived email verifying delivery date 6/5/20 said ups lost shipment when shipment was never shipped in the first place.

Don’t use WALMART covers their tracks for them

They provide wrong product info on the title and on the description.

They sell dust filter masks but states it filters virus as well. I bought the product and found they are just dust filter masks, they filter nothing more. I returned the product (along with paying the shipping), and only got 80% of my money back because that's their return policy. I wouldn't have bought the product if they could just have stated it correctly that it's a dust filter only item.

I don't think I should lose 20% of my money because they provide the wrong info on the webpage. I'm not happy with this shopping experience.

In addition, for a dust filter only mask, they sell it on a way too high price.

this place is a ripoff tried returning a wrong item they have you leave a message never to call you back, and walmart won't pay me back, the hell to both of them

Placed an order through Wal-Mart and it was sold and shipped by alltopbargins... Two weeks and still haven't received my order! I asked for a refund and they said be patient and give it another week! They took my money and I still don't have my order! Do not order from these crooks!

My order arrive in torn package. I decided to return the product and was unable to contact the seller AllTopBargains, I tried contacting them via email and left several messages - no response. Will never buy anything from this seller

I now have called twice to find out where my order is! No call back from All Top Bargains. I checked with Walmart and they gave me as much information as they could so I could give All Top Bargains the information so they could find my order. The order was for the car seat belts wrap around cushions so that you don't feel the sharpness of the seat belt. I paid for the order, but have not received the product! Order #4671850648553 or the last 5 numbers could be: 78553.

Thinking I was buying g from Wal-Mart., we were actually buying from this website. How misleading. I tried returning these items and Wal-Mart wouldn't take it back! Never Again!

Ordered 6 pairs of white socks, got 3 white and 3 gay. I have called 5 times and got no reply. I only want to trade the 3 grays for 3 whites. I will complain to wal-mart.
