I did two different orders the first order I placed I ordered the size clothing I have bought from various other sites in a medium. My 4 month old puppy couldn’t even get her head through the opening. I then ordered an XL, the zip up jacket I received couldn’t fit a hamster. I called and left messages and also sent two emails with no reaponse . My next call will be to dispute the charges on the credit card. Only buy clothing for you animals if they are toy poodles!
This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a small size collar, but it was still too large for my small dog. The hardware was also oversized, plastic and cheap. I contacted customer service to return it and no one will respond. So essentially i am stuck with a product I can't use. I received an email from the company asking for a review, but my 1 star review was never posted. Looks like they filter out any bad reviews to keep a 5 star rating on their site. Just terrible!
All pet things has terrible customer service! They did not reply to 4 emails or a voice mail! I bought a dog harness in size medium, and it looks like it would fit a mini stuffed animal! I just wanted a larger size, but they do not have the decency of responding!
While I knew I wasn’t the only one who could’ve thought that this so-called company stunk to Haites, I see I’m in very good company when it comes to dealing w/the most unprofessional, unresponsive place selling ANYTHING in my life!
Their pet clothing is cheap, mis-sized & their customer service is NON-EXISTENT! They’re quick to advise you of their “policy” to not give cash refunds-but if they admit that you actually are entitled to one, you’ll NEVER get it no matter how many times you ask why!! I’ve waited for MY money for almost 4 months. Their competitors must love this place, since they’re everything this site isn’t!!!

BAD BAD BAD. I sent my merchandise back for a bigger size because it was to small back in January of 2022. It was 3 sweaters. They have never sent my replacement. They claim that the sent it out but never sent me a confirmation with the tracking number. Now I am asking for a refund and can’t get in touch with anyone. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY it’s a scam. It’s like giving your money to a drug addict comparably. You can return something for an exchange, they will never send you a replacement. Yet, the will keep your money. Definitely DON’T WASTE your time or money with this HORRIBLE company. I will be reaching out to the fraud complaint bureau and the AG offices. They don’t even rate any star. That’s how bad they are as a company
Return policy is horrible and the quality of product is not good. Very cheaply made products. Never buying from this company.

Very bad customer service - can't reach anyone by phone the number they give - it has a recording telling you to email them and then they don't respond to your emails. I will contact the BBB
I received the wrong item, not just size or color, it was totally a different item. I tried for 36 hours to get a response from them. After half a dozen attempts, a manager Sarah, finally emailed me a link to send photos of the wrong item, and promised to send me the correct item ASAP. Its been another 48 hours, and I still have not received confirmation that they shipped the correct item. In summary, their quality control, and customer service is horrible. And they are impossible to reach by phone, and email communications usually take 2 days to get a response. At this point, i will never do business with them again. They are either under-staffed, or just don't care about customer service.
