Best service and fast delivery
RUN!!!!! I purchased $400 worth ALD panini grill. After 2 months of use it stopped working out of nowhere. They won't fix your machine if it breaks down. I was not able to even talk to anybody over the phone. They would advise you to find a local service center (that they don't know where or if there is even one) and repair yourself. The warranty will only cover the PARTS which they will only ship out to you. It will be your responsibility to find someone who can repair for you as well as all of the other cost such as labour. I wish I can turn back time and purchased from other company.
