This company sucks. I travel for work and make sure I'm home for deliveries. AKKON decided to ship my package early - on a day that I am out of town. When they were asked to hold it for a day, some guy named Luiz flipped me the bird. Didn't even try to help.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Walmart that comes from a third-party vendor. They don't vet them and don't give a crap about their customer service.

I need a number to contact you...I am tired of the run around on the messaging syatem...the question that I ask is not what pops up. Please help me
I never leave reviews, but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The product I received was not how the product was advertised. There was a 60-day return policy on my item; When I called to get return shipping info, the customer service rep hung up on me. I emailed instead, and they told me they would not be able to return this product because returns are "discretionary" even though my product was brand new and in the box.
