I ordered a Spider Farmer SF-2000 light from Akaso Tech LLC on Walmart. When I received the item I plugged it in and it was flashing on off bright and low, obviously defective so I unplugged it and upon further inspection I noticed there is no dimmer on the light as was in the listing, there was no Spider Farmer logo on the light as was pictured in the listing. This was a no name brand light from China and not what was listed. I went to my account on Walmart to start a return and was only able to go threw the seller Akaso Tech LLC to start a return. So I emailed them and told them what was going on with the light and please send me a return label so I can send it back and you can refund me my money. They apologized and asked me to send pics so I did and asked again, please send me a return label and it's not even a Spider Farmer-2000 as you had listed and I do not want this no name brand defective light. They emailed me again apologizing and asked if I would accept 30. dollars off to keep it! I responded yet again saying NO I want a refund! Eventually after going back and forth they finally sent me an address to send it back to and that they will have 9 days off! They kept saying they have 9 days off even after a week went by. They expected me to pay for shipping and to create my own label after all of this. I contacted Walmart several times with no help from them at all. Akaso Tech LLC are a very dishonest company! Google them before you buy anything from this company. Worse customer service EVER. They productions dont work at all and when you try getting a refund ,seek help or get down to the bottom of things ,they beat around the bushes nonstop . Ive spoken to one of they reps (Nicole) ,at one point she stopped replying to my messages . I had to contact Bestbuy about the situation . Bestbuy then contacted them,within 3 days Nicole messages me ,apologizing ,making a bunch of excuses ,making promises theyre yet to fulfill.
Please ,hard workers, support a different company cause these people has to sympathy for no one , damn robbers!! I cant believe big name companies like Walmart & Bestbuy accepts this!!

The customer service is Bad there products are even worse. They don't wont you to return their defective devices they take you threw a bunch of Bs...trust me dont purchase anything ftom them.
I ordered a product that never came, which is not the companies fault. However, their customer service is awful. I asked for a refund and was told 3 times to patiently wait for the product. They just kept sending me the tracking info, which I can check myself. It showed the item was stuck in the same facility for a week, not moving. Their customer service is nonexistent.
