Agro Pacific Farm and Garden Supply

I ordered the Zenport CSK7021 Deluxe Folding Pocket Knife, Half Serrated Blade, 2.75-Inch in red from Walmart through this supplier on the website (which I hate - I just wanted to order from Walmart!)... anyway, it arrived in Black, not Red. I wanted Red so when it eventually gets dropped, people can see it on the grass! It also now seems more like a key chain than a work knife with the ball-chain-keychain attachment (that was not in the pics) & was very expensive for as cheap as it looks, I just hope it is good at being a functional tool for cutting haybale string. I'm upset that it isn't red & Walmart doesn't let you leave a review unless you create an account, which I do not want to do. This should not cost more than a few dollars... it is for a gift & now it looks like I didn't try... so I will have to find something else now too.

I purchased a Zenport garden knife. Received a manlla envelope with a hole in top and no knife or paperwork.

This company sells thru Walmart on Walmarts website. I purchased a total of 27 Zenport HJ262 Leather Pruner Sheath w- Belt Loop & Metal Clip for my employees at our landscaping company. Agro pacific had this item listed on Walmarts page at a reduced sale price of $4.99 each on March 16. I sent my order in and paid for the above items on March 16. 4 days later, on March 20, 2018, I received a email from Walmart that stated .....

"Thanks for your recent order. We're really sorry, but the items shown below were canceled due to a system error that kept us from processing orders. We're working to fix the error and hope to have a solution soon. "

I contacted Walmart. There was no system error.....the message was basically a cop-out lie to try to protect the 3rd party vendor....Agro Pacific. In reading between the lines, Agro Pacific would not honor the price they had listed on Walmarts website, so they cancelled my order. When I tried to reorder the item, Agro Pacific had changed the price on Walmarts website to $10.89 each.

So, a note to Agro Pacific.....just to let you know....because you would not honor your price, you lost this order from me. Additionally, you lost $1,300.00 in purchases for pruners and maintenance tools for our company. I purchased those items from DuroKon.com instead of purchasing them from your company. In addition, you lost a longterm customer. I will be purchasing from DuroKon for my pruner needs for future orders.

For anyone reading this review, if you need large volume of pruning items and accessories, I recommend you take a look at DuroKon.com. They do have flat rates for shipping based on dollar amount of purchases, but all their pruning tools and accessories are priced to make the shipping price disappear the more quantity you purchase.
