I order a Tart Candy eye product through Walmart. The item was back ordered and then finally received an e-mail that the product would arrive within a week. All I received was a thick one sided piece of paper with a USPS First Class pkg label on it. Of course, there was no product since it was only a piece of paper!! It took me a number of phone calls to Walmart to straighten this mess out and try to get my money back! I can't believe that Walmart even used this company!
I placed an order on Walmart.com for a stuffed cat house toy. I received an email with tracking number that item had shipped and was charged for the purchase. Instead of a package all I received was a piece of paper stating Affordable Pricing was going out of business and they would refund the charge. NO REFUND PROCESSED!!
I placed an order for Elf eyeliner and had a tracking number that showed delivered, yet it wasn't delivered. All I received was a piece of paper stating they were going out of business and that I would receive a refund which I didn't.
