Beware... I purchased Cosmedix Simply Brilliant towards the end of November, 2023. I didn't use the product until recently (January 2024) because I wasn't out of what I had already. So, when I used it for the first time, the solution that came out of the bottle was not the same color or consistency of the Simply Brilliant I had always used. I discarded the product because I had no idea what it was. I contacted the seller however since it was out of the 30 day return policy, I could not return it. So, always check any product coming from this seller as soon as you get it to make sure it is right. This is the second time I've ordered through Walmart.com that I have received products with different solutions than what the product was supposed to be. I will NOT be ordering from this seller and will be extremely cautious of ordering from Walmart.com third party sellers.

I have ordre kerastase cement and never receive it!

Ordered a set of shampoo and conditioner. Only sent me the shampoo. Won't respond to request for assistance or send the conditioner. THIEF

You advertise one item and send a different. I’ll return it to Walmart.

This lady and her business is a SCAM operation. Read all the horribly negative reviews. I read those too late after I’d already ordered an expensive hairbrush, but was sent an entirely different, lesser product. But they make it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them to return the incorrect product. When you GOOGLE Adinas Beauty shop a Google entry will come up which tells you it’s not possible ti contact this company via email, phone, mail or text…. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Do not order from this company which tries present products with low prices but you don’t get what you ordered! I have no idea why Walmart/ Groupon does business with this “Adina” lady. Be ware!

Sent the wrong item, but I will get a full refund from Walmart, who should not do business with this person!

I ordered $44 worth of hairspray and NEVER received it. First, they refused to refund my money stating it was past 30 days. Incorrect. I sent a screen shot of order. Then they said the order came from somewhere else. It was done through Walmart. There seems to be some sort of ILLEGAL, FRAUDULENT, SKETCHY business practices going on here.

Buyer Beware!! They pictured the item I have been looking for. They way overcharged for it. Then they sent me the absolutely wrong product.

SCAM & FRAUDULENT Seller....advertised 3 Nioxin Shampoo and Conditioners (33.8 oz) bottles and only sent ONE. Reached out to the company and they responded AFTER I returned in back to Walmart that they were "going to make it right". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Continue to write Walmart and encourage them to stop using them as a 3rd party vendor.

Do NOT order from Adina’s Beauty, fraud and scam vendor. Why would Walmart work with this vendor when so many complaints? Make sure you check the seller on the Walmart website. This vendor should be investigated!

They sell fake Mason Pearson hairbrushes. My brush started losing bristles a year later, I contacted Mason Pearson, and they said that it is a fake brush. In fact, they dont sell any brushes through Walmart or Adina’s Beauty.

Ordered a Neostrata Intensive Eye Therapy which was supposed to be a 2 pack. I only received one for the price of $108.86. The box containing the product was battered and not sealed. Have not used it yet but hope the pump will work and that the contents are full. Walmart refunded me the difference for only one but they should immediately drop this merchant. BTW, it takes a long time to contact Customer Service to speak directly to a representative.

I purchased a Mason Pearson hairbrush. It Tiki about a month to receive it. I doubted its authenticity as the size was a tad larger than my current one and the pad was darker. It is also way stiffer. After reading the reviews I am going to return it. Something is not right and $200 is too much to risk in a product that is possibly fake.

I received box of 4 bottles shampoo & conditioner that I DID NOT order for total of 44.28.

Says was ordered 12/28.

Until today never heard of this company. Now I have to go to my bank a deal with hassle of making sure no one tries to charge my account. So far they have not.

Product was tampered with! I face cream I ordered had been previously opened, the foil safety seal was removed and the tube had been squeezed. DO NOT buy from this seller. They are shady and sell used products. They have also refused to accept a return. Shame on you Walmart for working with sleazy suppliers.

Received very expensive product without any seals or wrapping on it.... Why? You spend good money, you expect a product that is sealed and untampered with. Very disappointed. I ordered from Walmart . I didn't realize from third party vendor. Maybe time to stop using Walmart. We think oh great prices but look at these reviews. I think I'm finished buying these sorts of specialty item from Walmart. I wonder is Sally's send new items with seals?????

This seller is a fraud what they advertised and what I ordered was not what I received. I want money back or the correct product.

Ordered the 3 pack of Sebastian shaper plus original formula (as pictured on Walmart) received 3 pack of Sebastian plus 55% not the original 80%! Do not order from this scam artist that refuses to change picture in advertisement.
