I received items that were way too small. I tried to contact them twice via Walmart with no response. I tried a third time and they said it was now beyond the 30 window for returns so there was nothing they do about it per their policy. They should not be allowed to sell on Walmart.com. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a sweatshirt and received a T-shirt
BUYER BEWARE! I'm having the same experience as the commenter below named Jennifer. When I complained to this company that my merchandise wasn't delivered. They told me to check with neighbors and the post office. The difference is, a package was delivered. The packing slip said 2 items were enclosed. Yet it only contained ONE of the 2 items I ordered. This company should be investigated. Shame on you Walmart was using them.
Terrible customer service!
My package was not delivered. I was asked to contact the company( per Walmart) via email. I did twice & received the same message.” Check with neighbors & the post office.”.They have terrible customer service & I will make sure that I do not do business with them again. Walmart has refunded my money but this particular company is terrible to do business with. Do not order clothing that comes from them.
I ordered a 3 pack of tank tops for my daughter, they weren't packaged, just thrown in the bag so they are all wrinkled- and one has hair and cat hair on it EWWW
TRIED EVERYTHING TO CANCEL MY ORDER ONE DAY AFTER I PLACED IT. IT WASNT DUE TO SHIP FOR ALMOST 24 DAYS ONCE I TRIED TO CANCEL, SAID IT WAS ALREADY SHIPPED! NO T EVEN ONE STAR RATE! HAVE REMINDER TO MYSELF NOT TO VISIT THIS SITE.
I wish I would've looked at the reviews before spending any of my hard earned money with the this lame, unprofessional company. These people took my money and I NEVER received my product. It was suppose to be here the by the 13th the latest. I've contacted these frauds twice with no response. Never again!!! Fraudulent ass people. You definitely deserve -5 stars
