Sent the wrong tent. Order was placed for 2 person, on the box clearly states 1 person.
This company should not be in business. I placed a simple reorder for two tablecloths. They quoted me the wrong price, the wrong method of imprinting and
the wrong shipping costs. They shipped the 2 items separately for no reason and tried to charge me almost $50 for shipping 2 tablecloths. They refuse to email me an invoice even though I have paid in full with a credit card. I have requested an invoice six times only be emailed nonsense. No one knows what they are doing at this company. I will never ever use them again. Horrible customer service. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
Bought a EasyGo Shelter - Instant Beach Umbrella Tent Sun Sport Shelter from them on Walmart, one week goes by, and UPS label is printed but package not given to UPS. Two days later, Above seller claims it has shipped, 16 days after I order we finally get the package and it's the wrong item. At least Walmart doesn't need it returned & gives a refund.

I ordered a 30 watt Electronic Indoor Bug Killer-Flying Insect Mosquito Zapper. The product has a defect on the protective cover which is bent. Having a huge problem trying to return through Walmart since this is a third party purchase. So far I have made 3 attempts to return this product. How do I return the bug zapper to Above & Beyond Balloons, Inc.?
