Abingdon Mart

Terrible! Unavailable to contact! Continuous auto generated emails! Why would Walmart use as a vendor? Said shipped FedEx. Not received. Replacement came quicker. Still being resolved after a month! Abingdon sucks!

I order 2 items from Wal-Mart. These guys were the sellers. I never got my orders even though it said delivered to my house & the other one was delivered to another house. I tried so many times throughout 3 weeks to try to get ahold of Abingdon Mart to get my money back but I got the same stupid automated response via email saying my order was delivered. After talking to FedEx twice & Wal-Mart twice I finally got my money back.

The shipper, Abingdon Mart, sent an email to me with a wrong FedEx waybill number for a shipment that was never delivered. I received an email from WalMart stating the material had been delivered. No material was ever delivered at all. FedEx then went on to explain that the FedEx number was for a shipment associated with another client. WalMart.com customer service answers their phone number using outsourced foreign personnel located in the Philippines who cannot provide any real help. They simply escalate the problem to a team located in the United States with whom an end customer is not permitted to communicate. This is indeed a SCAM. No idea why Walmart.com would promote this rogue vendor tarnishing their own reputation in the process.

Order 4 - 2pak of 72 oz Tang. They shipped 1 - 2pak of Mrs. Butterworth's syrup. Will not acknowledge mistake or ship correct item

I believe this company is a SCAM. They sent the product and supposedly “Delivered” but no package. Someone was home at time of delivery, yet nothing came.

I ordered some thing, that I THOUGHT was from walmart. Got a confirmation and an order #. Then got an email that my order was cancelled with a less than satisfactory explanation! I WONT be ordering anything from walmart again if they deal with these weird companies
