Placed an order from them 6/24. Received item 7/5: however it was the wrong item. After several messages back and forth they said they would send a return label for the product. The return label was received 7/12(via email) and item was returned the same day. They received the product back on 7/16. After much correspondence about shipping the correct product I agreed to a refund on 8/2. After asking about the refund three times I finally contacted Walmart on 8/15 and they refunded the cost. Do not buy from this outfit, good price but not worth the hassle.
After placing my order with Walmart.com, I attempted to cancel it with 86 Boutique as they were the vendor. The email function does not work and the phone number is not a business phone # at all. Let the buyer beware!! I should have done more research on this company prior to ordering!!! Obviously they have NO customer service.
My first purchase from 86 Boutique through the Walmart Marketplace went very smoothly and I was extremely happy with the service. My second purchase...not so much.
I placed my second order in December and received an email stating that it shipped on 12/8. Even though my second purchase was shipped to the same address as the first, the delivery service claimed my address was not valid and returned the item to the vendor. I contacted them on 12/30 to inquire about the shipping. They asked me for a different address. I assured them that I had received shipments from many different vendors during the holiday and none of my shipments were returned to the seller due to a wrong address.
I did not receive a response and contacted them again on 1/7 to inquire about the reshipment. They did respond the same day and said they were waiting for management to approve the reshipment. They finally contacted me on 1/14 and said that their manager was out of town for the week, but they should have an answer for me by the end of the week.
I contacted them again on 1/28 and requested a refund if they did not ship my product by the end of the day. Again, I received no response. I, once again, contacted them on 2/1 to request a refund and, again, have not received a response.
I am very disappointed with the customer service provided by 86 Boutique. They have had $50.37 of my money since early December and do not appear to have an interest in shipping, or refunding, my purchase. The service has been non-non-exsitent and I cannot recommend this seller.
Seller performed exactly as expected.
