Extremely poor packaging such that it was inevitable that the 80"+ long traverse rod would get bent in shipping. Not impressed. I expect the company makes a lot of money on requiring the item to be returned in order to consider a refund and presuming a number will not be returned. I do not recommend them to ship your package. and reading the reviews above, poor shipping is a common theme....hopefully they go out of business.

I was delighted to find just the right size pressure rod in order to solve the problem of hanging curtains in a difficult space! But when the rod arrived, the package was crushed and bent on one end. We tried opening the package and straightening it out, but, once bent, it seemed to compromise the strength and it was impossible to use. I ordered other shorter rods from Walmart, which came under separate cover (from Walmart itself)and they were fine! Didn't realize that the longer rod was not from Walmart directly. Now I see that I can only return if the package was not opened (which it is) and that I'm responsible for shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. Not worth it for a $20 rod,of course. My advise: be very careful that what you think is Walmart- really is! If I could bring it to my local store, I know their return dept. is great! And all because of the postal service, I'm sure! I have photos of this, including the UPC sticker, but there isn't any place to enter it.

Really for $10.68 your company want to take this futher? Do you think your going to get the item back and also keep my money? I don't think so. The item was returned by Fed Ex on 1/15/2020 @ 11:48 and I'm still waiting for my refund. I will never buy anything that shows it is coming from your company and I will make sure to spread the word around to my family n friends , etc . I WANT MY REFUND ASAP..........Your company is horrible and think they are going to get away with my money, got the wrong person.

Miserable to non existent customer service. I purchased two curtain rods which turned out I couldn't use for my project. I returned same through Walmart, only to be refunded for one. When contacted, the message I received was that I had to return the rods in separate boxes. If this is what they 'require' for a refund, why then don't they send out the items in two separate boxes? This is beyond absurd. I will never buy from a third party through Walmart again, especially not this seller. These shady vendors are finding new and ridiculous ways to rip off consumers, and I hold Walmart fully complicit. I'll never shop through Walmart again as online is bad enough, but the stores are filthy snake pits with many, many bare shelves.

I purchased 2 flat rods and 4 Graber Dauphine Cur.ain Rod Center Suppor. Brackets at $9.00 a piece. At installation, we realized we did not need the support brackets. I started a return process which was not difficult to complete. I was informed when they were shipped and when this seller received them. I was annoyed with a total return of $4.00 total after restocking fee and shipping. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE from a third party seller or Walmart again. Who wonders why Amazon has the ratings and business they have? No need to wonder when they would never do this guide of business.

Purchased couple of items from Walmart and tried to return some of items purchased. I had to pay for shipping them back. very bad customer service, never seen this. same items are available on Amazon where I can buy and return for free

Also, ordered 4 of one items, delivered only one and got charged for 4. Now I m struggling to get my money back. I dont recommend using 123MerinInteriors, LLC

Ordered 2 Graber 7/16 round cafe curtain rods (18-24”) in nickle. $13.00 each. Received 2 white tension rods. No information on the receipt on who to contact for returns or problems. Not impressed with service.
