I would give them negative stars if I could. I have ordered several times from them and never received any of my orders. I requested replacements of my orders, but they only refunded my payments. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone nor will I purchase anything from them again! Horrible customer service!

Ordered a hair product. Box arrived with half of the product spilled out. No seal or tape was applied by the seller to prevent opening during shipping. “Returnable in store at Walmart” means you can take it to Walmart to ship it to the seller, then you wait for a refund after the seller receives your package. Walmart held my return box for more than 2 weeks claiming their label machine was busted. I went back to Walmart to get the return box to ship it to the seller myself since Walmart never sent it, but Walmart inadvertently emailed a blank shipping label. The “get shipping label” icon on Walmart’s site is giving an error message for this order. It’s not worth the hassle or time to buy from this seller.

This seller claims they sell great products at low prices. That is just not true. I recently purchased 2 bottle of Redkin Gut mouse. for $21. I thoughts that I was purchasing 10 oz bottles. It turned out they were 2.2 oz. so $4.50/oz. 10 oz bottles from other sellers were $20 or $20/oz. Needless to say I won't be purchasing anything through them or Walmart online again.

After not receiving my order,I contacted them. They figured out my problem in a timely manner and refunded my money. This is a good company,I recommend them.
