ZooScape LLC

I ordered a bottle of Alum Powder through the Walmart website on October 30, 2021. ZooScape was the third party provider. The bottle from ZooScape was delivered on November 4, 2021. The seal on the bottle was not broken yet the bottle was 9/10 empty! I emailed ZooScape customer service on November 4, 2021. Today is November 8, 2021 and ZooScape has not responded to me.

Shorted me and never replied to my inquiry. WalMart was absolutely no help either.

I can't even give them a single star. I never received my order, but they certainly kept my money. It was a gift intended for my granddaughter's birthday. I am so angry I could throat punch these thugs.

Card declined, don't answer the phone -2

The extract that i ordered came it with tape around the lid and the bottle itself was not sealed. Leaked all over packing and box. It is not sanitary since bottle was open.i have called and left 3 messages and no one has gotten back to me. This was an expensive mistake!

been waiting for a reply from zooscape No Response did not get complete order only small amt maybe 2 tbsp in shaker..This is 3rd time REFUND ME.

Rip Off, They take your money and never send the product. I requested arefund from Walmart. They sell through Walmart and Walmart needs to get rid of them. They contacted them 3 times and they were suppose to respond back to me about my order and they never did. Bunch of scams. They took my money but didn't send me my tea. I'm going to get my refund. I'll never order anything else from these people. Zooscape LLC are horrible business people. I never got what I ordered.

Never received item, it was lost in shipping. I contacted ZooScape LLC (3) times requesting a refund and never heard back.

They only sent me a partial order. They owe me a refund or missing merchandise. I contacted these people at Zoo five times. NO RESPONSE.

I also called Walmart. Disappointed Walmart cannot refund or apparently get through to these seller. I hope Walmart gets rid of them.
