Could never contact them to return my item. instead i called walmart and explained that i couldn't get a hold of them and that no one else on this forum could. they gave me a FULL REFUND! and I also didn't have to mail in the existing item. if you're experiencing this problem, CALL WALMART!

I purchased Bluetooth Earbuds, Wireless from Walmart on line NOT realizing this is NOT a Walmart product after I was trying to return them. I really can't understand why Walmart would sell something like this online and NOT be able to return this!! Walmart gave me phone number and order numbers but I have been trying to get ahold of ZOEVUE 1-347-826-0979 and can never get anyone!!! I have been trying for a couple of week and want my money back!!!

Ordered thru Walmart for a Christmas present. Needless to say I did not realize that they were not a Walmart Product. They don't work won't charge and a total waste of money. Walmart needs to investigate who they allow to sell under their name. They stand to lose customers from ordering online. They need to post with the item that they cannot return an item to walmart if it is from a third party.
These companies send out crap and expect to keep our money. I am very disappointed in Walmart for not honoring a piece of crap that they allowed another vendor to advertise on their website. Wake up WalMart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ordered wireless earbuds. Thru Walmart website. Had not idea they were not "Walmart" [???] Therefor not returnable?? Bought three pairs, opened one and it was terrible quality, only to find out I cannot return the other two, even though they are unopened. Will not shop Walmart again.
I bought these online from Walmart not realizing this was not a Walmart returnable item. My Daughter used them for less than a day when only one ear bud worked. I tried to return it to Walmart and they told me I had to work with the third party seller. The link in the order email for ZOEVUE does not work so I just wasted almost $50???! Crazy. No thanks, Walmart. Not good customer service. I only give one star bc I have to click on a star to get this review out there. Should be zero.
Placed a order thru walmart.com for some air pods they came in and the power cord looked like a rat ate it up Walmart wouldn't do anything cause it was 3rd party shipped this will be the last time i order this product
I ordered the minis from Walmart online. I didn’t realize it was from another company and would not be able to return to Walmart. Since my daughter has opened them up for Christmas and only one of the ear buds works. I am now trying to contact the company for a refund. Disappointing
Got wireless earbud. Just after a few days, the battery is dead and charging is not working. Can not use it any more. Tried to contact Zoevue, no answer at all. Tried to contact Walmart, did not help. Seems the bad product will end up in my hand. Well this is a lesson for me. When you order something on Walmart.com, be careful about the market sellers.
I recently bought a pair of Bluetooth headphones that didn’t have a name. When I received them I realized I paid too much . The headphones were incomplete, no charging cord was in the box and the box was not shrink wrapped. The only reason I bought them was because you are associated with Walmart, so I thought they were a trustworthy company. I am having a tremendous amount of difficulty returning them for they don't answer their phone. I’m very disappointed in this company and Walmart for doing business with them. They receive a one star only because you can't give a zero star.
I ordered a pair of $50 ones and received $30 ones that were on sale for $13...The ones I got sucked and took forever to connect and were horrible...This company is trash and not trustable...I will never order anything else from Walmart online because of this bullshit and they are really hard to return...I would give a 0 star rating but the lowest is 1
I had preferred 3 Apple wireless EarPods.... I only received 2of them an they were too big ...so took them to Walmart to return it... I had to buy packaging to return it to the vendor... they received it back 2 weeks go, but I still don’t have my refund.. their customer service sucks... I can see that the package was delivered but they don’t even bother replying to whether they got them in hand... then they say I have to talk to Walmart customer service now to get the refund..this is. Very bd supplier to work with and Walmart should stop plowing them to sell
I recently bought a phone case for my new Galaxy j7 and when I go to open it the latch to open it to put the phone in was glued shut. Would give no stars but that's not an option

ABSOLUTE TRASH! Bought a pair of the wannabe AirPods and first, I opened the box, AND ONE OF THE EAR BUDS WAS MISSING THE POWER BUTTON!!! Then, I tried to put the button back in place, as it looks like it just kinda snaps in...AND ILL BE A SON OF A BITCH IF IT DIDNT FALL RIGHT BACK OUT! Garbage! Absolute GARBAGE!
Recently bought earbuds from this company for $40.99 and they are horrible. I have paired them numerous times and they do not work. The sound is actually ok the few times they actually worked but I can’t even get them turned on without pairing again and most of the time I can only get one paired. No decent instructions included and none that I could find online. I emailed Walmart who in turn forwarded to the company. They responded promptly and advised they were sorry for the problems and also that I could expect a full refund ny October 1. Not gonna hold my breath. And they also said there was no need to return the product!!!!! Pretty sure the earbuds are junk if the company doesn’t want them back. AND I do not understand Chinese which is the language I could get. If the rating chart had a negative 0, that is what I would give them. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I've been trying to locate a return address for earbuds that I purchased 2 weeks ago. The earbuds do not work properly and they are too big for my ears. This company is very difficult to contact and Walmart offers no assistance.
