Bluetooth earbuds has no battery life, they don’t except returns an they do not reply to customers. Piece of trash
ZERO stars. Ordered ear buds on 4/20. Shipping was fast, received them 4/24. They were too big to fit in my ear and one of the ear buds had poor functioning sound. I contacted Zoevue via email on 4/24 (same day that I received the package) and began the return process. They require photos of the item, which I sent immediately, then they provided the return address. I shipped the item on 4/26 with tracking. Item was confirmed delivered to Zoevue 4/29. I waited 2 weeks and began what has been multiple emails over the last 6 weeks inquiring on the status of my return. I've received only one vague email response that they would look into this return. I never heard back and have since emailed Zoevue 3 more times. I'm disgusted. Customers should never have to chase down a return like this. It was done correctly on my end, so shame on this company for not processing their returns within a reasonable time frame. Will Zoevue even read this review???
Like everyone else the product sucks, only paired one ear bud. Seller won't respond to my request to return.
Cannot get a hold of seller to return product. Called Zoevue's number and it just rings non-stop, the ring tone sounds more like a fax machine than a traditional ring. Seller requires a 15% restocking fee plus $10 for return shipping. Product quality is sub-par. Seller is nothing more than a distributor of cheap Chinese junk. Watch out for third party sellers on Walmart.com, BUYER BEWARE and STAY AWAY from Zoevue.
I’m not really sure how I feel about this product I purchased on Walmart.com. The ear pods I bought will not both pair at same time. Now one has broken. It came lose from the inside where it plugs into charging stem. So I can only use 1 now. Plus, can’t use it with my phone for taking calls. No one can hear me. I would send back but you charge over half what I paid for the ear pods themselves. I just hate I purchased them at all. Wish I had the money back , but I guess that will never happen.

I recently purchased EarPods on Walmart.com that were made by your company. I was just reaching out to you letting you know that they are not of good quality. They came in a pair and I cannot pair them together. Also it says they work to make phone calls as well, but when I use them, I can hear the person but they cannot hear me. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if I just received a defective pair. They don’t stay charged and there is a red led that is lit when charging but only one works. And they disconnect and reconnect on their on. I would return them but according to Walmart.com website, you charge $10 shipping and 20% restocking fee. This would be almost half what I paid for them. So I guess I’ll just have to chalk it up as a bad purchase. Luckily I used a gift card instead of my own money or I would be really upset.

Mailed ZOEVUE customer service to request a refund. Was given an address and shipped them back. Never received refund and seller does not respond, STAY AWAY!!
Recently bought earbuds from this company for $38.99 and they are not working. I have paired them numerous times and they do not work. The sound is actually ok the few times they actually worked but I can’t even get them turned on without pairing again and most of the time I can only get one paired. Now one of them just stopped working at all! I used them only 4 times. Lol
I also ordered one pair for $24.99. Those are extremely big fo my ears! I could not put them in .
Now it's a problem to get a return label! They just stop responding to me. I would have to call Wallmart. Com. (((((
I ordered apple lightning earbuds adapter cord for a little over $9. Arrived Jan 11th and all you can hear is crackling loudly. I contacted marketplace they said zoevue would email me within a day. It’s Feb 19 and no word yet. Do not buy from them! They have a rating of 1 star out of 5 stars! Walmart shouldn’t let them sell from their website. Just makes Walmart marketplace look bad. I want a replacement that works or a refund!!

Could never contact them to return my item. instead i called walmart and explained that i couldn't get a hold of them and that no one else on this forum could. they gave me a FULL REFUND! and I also didn't have to mail in the existing item. if you're experiencing this problem, CALL WALMART!

I purchased Bluetooth Earbuds, Wireless from Walmart on line NOT realizing this is NOT a Walmart product after I was trying to return them. I really can't understand why Walmart would sell something like this online and NOT be able to return this!! Walmart gave me phone number and order numbers but I have been trying to get ahold of ZOEVUE 1-347-826-0979 and can never get anyone!!! I have been trying for a couple of week and want my money back!!!

Ordered thru Walmart for a Christmas present. Needless to say I did not realize that they were not a Walmart Product. They don't work won't charge and a total waste of money. Walmart needs to investigate who they allow to sell under their name. They stand to lose customers from ordering online. They need to post with the item that they cannot return an item to walmart if it is from a third party.
These companies send out crap and expect to keep our money. I am very disappointed in Walmart for not honoring a piece of crap that they allowed another vendor to advertise on their website. Wake up WalMart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ordered wireless earbuds. Thru Walmart website. Had not idea they were not "Walmart" [???] Therefor not returnable?? Bought three pairs, opened one and it was terrible quality, only to find out I cannot return the other two, even though they are unopened. Will not shop Walmart again.
I bought these online from Walmart not realizing this was not a Walmart returnable item. My Daughter used them for less than a day when only one ear bud worked. I tried to return it to Walmart and they told me I had to work with the third party seller. The link in the order email for ZOEVUE does not work so I just wasted almost $50???! Crazy. No thanks, Walmart. Not good customer service. I only give one star bc I have to click on a star to get this review out there. Should be zero.
