Orderd zmoon led light bar 2 pcs set with wiring harness it came with only mounting bracket and missing the 7 inch wiring harness

I cancelled my item BEFORE it shipped, but these idiots still shipped it. Maybe they can't read English and I should have written it in Chinese! I contacted USPS and told them that "I Refuse Delivery - Return to Sender." Next time I'm buying everything through Amazon! Screw WaldoMart. BTW, WaldoMart endorses WOKE and these morons blame all of America's problems on those "bad White people." If you ask me, these WOKE people are idiots and imbeciles. They're ruining America.

I am trying to return a 90W Dell charger. I tried returning it to 2 different Walmart stores but it wouldn't go through due to a problem with this 3rd party seller. So I decided to mail it and was instructed to call customer service, when I attempted to print off mail return label. Customer service states this ZMoon will contact me within 48hrs with return label. After a week and 3 calls to Walmart customer service, I have received NOT to this day heard from ZMoon. The last date for returning will be here soon.

Order wrong product thru Walmart , now to ship back I have to pay for the freight!

This is a very very unreliable supplier. Together with Walmart they have devised a mechanism so that you cannot cancel your order and claim refund. It works like this: You place the order and pay. Then this Chinese Company informs you that your package is shipped from their location in the USA. Actually it is not shipped at all. When you track your order you find out that it is delayed. Now Walmart says you cannot cancel an order and claim refund once it is shipped. So you keep waiting for your package and neither Walmart nor Zmoon will tell you when your order will be shipped.

I strongly advise not to buy from either Walmart or Zmoon! They do not even deserve a rating!!!

A representative better contact me soon about this $15 cord or I will get a lawyer involved and it will cost waaaaaay more than $15.

I have an order from February 5 th I never received. I have talked to Walmart and a representative from zmoon and I can’t get a reply all I want is the damn cord or my money back. This is ridiculous, you don’t just get to ignore the problem and keep my money!
