I bought an antenna from this company but it is not a good quality and I can not get TV channels perfectly (just 2 channels). I asked to refund yet the customer service didn't answer me properly. And it seems that they are dodging to pay me back even they have mentioned that it is refundable. I don't know how to refund this trash.
The most horrible seller forever! I bought a kindle cover at walmart.ca and the seller is Zest Mall Inc. They mailed me a cover with wrong size, and it's not exactly what is in the description either (in the description it shows the size would suit my kindle). I emailed back asking for a return and refund. At fist they only agreed for a refund of $1.16 (10% of the purchase price). I said I wanted a full refund and would return the kindle cover. Then they said I would have to mail the cover back first, paying the postage myself, and only after that they would issue me a refund, or they could refund me $3. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from Zest Mall Inc.! This company sucks!!! In fact I would give them a negative rate if there were such a choice. Avoid this company!
Ordered Halloween costume. Emailed well in advance that I want to return it, as by tracking it, I knew this would never come on time. Was told to wait until package arrives and then contact customer service with the instruction on how to return unwanted order. Fair enough ...waited until package showed up, contacted costumer service who then advised, they will refund me 15% ($3) as compensation. Emailed back asking for a full refund. Got a second email advising $5 will be refunded as they suffer loss of shipping fee and transaction fee. This is outrages! All these fees are costs of running a business! They should not be passed onto their customers upon returning! If so, let people know in your refund policy. Never will I ever order from this company again! :(
I ordered a watch October 9th could not track and Walmart would not assist my search. Also was led to believe I would not be charged until I picked the purchase up at Wal-Mart. They informed me they were unable to fill the order and a credit would take 2 to 5 days. November 4th notified my credit would take a few billing statements. This has finished me with Walmart on line shopping.
Bad bad bad. I would like to order a leash/collar set but i cant choose the size. Tried contacting zest and no reply from multiple emails and phone number doesnt work. Contacted walmart and they say i must contact the company. Well i told them i tried so im supposed to get a call from walmart to resolve rhe issue within 2 business days. Well it dont look like Im getting that phone call. Glad i didnt take a chance and just purchased on in hopes it came in the right size.
Get it together walmart and actually help people with third party sellers or drop them when the seller aint doing shit and getting bad reviews

I ordered two digital fridge thermometer, it supposed to be delivered on October 29, so far I still have not received it. I called Walmart, I was told to contact Zest Mall Inc directly. I am still waiting the reply from Zest Mall Inc. Be careful!!! when you order from Walmart.Ca , if it is not shipped and sold by Walmart, they seems not responsible for anything happens.
I order USB for Walmart which i found out is it sold by zest mall, what i received was a defective USB not even detecting by my laptop and I call Walmart received no help. well if you want loose the money and your time shop online with Walmart
I ordered online for a USB3.0 Flash Drive 256GB Large Capacity Stick High Speed Pen Drive on 7 Oct, 2018. ( Order # 2442950393 )
I found the shipment / order details showing 32GB USB Pen Drive has been shipped instead of 256GB . At the same time, I found the tracking number was incorrected since it could not find / search from the Canada Post's system. I have not yet received the undesirable item (32GB USB PEN Drive) over one month.
Therefore, I emailed them and requested to cancel my order and refunded full amount to my master card. They only provided two methods to solve the wrong shipment. The first method : they gave me 18% to 30% compensation to accept the undesirable item. The second method : After I received the item and sending it back and refund the amount to me. They don't tell me who paid the shipping cost if I returned ?
Today, I also emailed to Walmart to check the current status of this parcel / order. If the undesirable item is lost or missing. I requested to cancel my order. However, Walmart's customer service replied me : they don't help me , please contact the shipper directly. It is a very terrible service and unsatisfied with their reponse. Walmart always said that we are valued customer and offered our best experience for online shopping every day. If next time, I will order any item from Walmart only , it is not through the third marketplace party.

We ordered a mouse desk pad,on oct 17.2018 was told our shipping would take Shipment - Estimated delivery date: Oct 19, 2018 - Oct 22, 2018,it is now oct 30 as we did contact them about this was told the Zest mall would gives us a $1 as compensation.But still no package and a a whole $1 compensation.Will make sure next time i order from walmart its not through this company.

I ordered online for a door stop alarm. When I got it, there's no receipt attached and the product is defective, I contacted them to ask where to return the product and their reply was to make a video of the product and post it on youtube to fix the problem. I wrote several times, but always receive the same email saying to make a video and post it on youtube. First time I heard this kind of reply. I will rate this company 0 if there is 0 rating.
Tried to order batteries, place my order and confirmed purchase. Received email 2 days later saying the order was cancelled as it wouldn't be available in a timely manner. Item was displayed as in stock, searched for it again and the price was 130$ more than when I placed my order. Emailed them about it and was told Walmart has strict policies about delivery times. They made an error on the price and didn't want to honor it and decided to make up a story why they had to cancel the order. Their story changed multiple times over the course of our emails why they cancelled the order. They told me to re-order and I asked if they'd honor the same price. And this was the reply "Dear customer, Hope your kindly understanding.. Any other problems please feel free to contact us, we will help you all the time~ Have a nice day!" Terrible communication, horrible experience. Don't waste your time or money with these guys.
