Do not buy from this seller. Ordered a chirsmtas gift weeks ago and the tracking information doesnt even work i guess i am the loser here. Zero stars from me.
Did not realize when I placed the order from the walmart.ca website, that it wasn't in fact Wal-Mart shipping my item. The item I ordered was a Santa present for my daughter. Was told my item would arrive in a week, I am now a month in and still no sign of this item. The delivery date changes everyday, each day being pushed a day forward. Now it is saying it will not be delivered before Christmas. I ordered this item 7 weeks before Christmas. When I asked how I can return this item once it arrives, as I have now have had to replace this item. I was offered a $3 refund. I am not impressed Wal-Mart. This third party company sucks. Look at all the reviews.
I will never shop at Walmart again and advise everyone I know to not shop there because of the terrible service with Zest Mall through the Walmart online site. First off, reading all the other reviews here shows that I’m not the only one who received a frustrating return process. I bought an appliance and they shipped it in a plastic envelope packaging (seriously cheaped out on packaging not using a box with bubble wrap) which resulted in the product being damaged. It took so many “I want to return this” emails to even get them to stop telling me to try and use it. Then they make you pay for the return shipping! Falsely advertised on the online store as they end up being foreign imported products. Terrible company who only cares about profit rather than their customers. They have a 30 day return policy but they don’t insure their product shipping so will go out of their way to convince you to use the damaged product and even if you do get to a return process discussion, they make you pay for the shipping. I would give zero stars if I could.
Do NOT order from here. Save yourself the time, hassle, and money. I ordered an activity tracker and I got a call from a shipping company saying they need me to pay $17.31 before they can ship it. I didn’t know that I was buying from this company when I bought it to be completely honest. Walmart can’t do anything so guess I lost the $40 I spent on the stupid thing.
Just another review/complaint getting added. I ordered a HDMI Type C converter and I specifically wanted a 60Hz cable. But the one I got was 30 Hz. When I asked them about this they agreed saying they had sent a wrong product but keep it with me or resell it to my friends or they would offer a refund of 20%. Such an irresponsible reply for a fault on their side? And I have raised an escalation with walmart. Worst seller I have ever encountered!!!
Yes, they are cons. They do not have a return policy and don't care what comes in your package. I bought a Bluetooth speaker phone and the charging cable was not compatible with the device they sent. They offered me 20% and told me to buy a compatible cable. I declined and then they said do not return, and offered a $10.00 refund. If I could put a negative or zero star, I would. Do not buy from them!
I ordered 2 wi-fi door bell cameras Oct25/18 just got the package on dec.04/18. Package contained 2 broken iPhone 5 cases no cameras.. I do not even own a iPhone I have a android.....never never ever again i'm going to buy from them again!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CONS.
I received 2 items that were broken amounting to $40 and they want to give me a refund for $4.50 and told me to keep my item!! Like WTF
These were Christmas gifts!!! now I am out money because they won't allow me to return it because it will cost them to much money!! What about my money!!!

The relevant authorities should do something about this joke.
For all I care, the transaction was done on Walmart’s website and the deductions too. Why should Walmart’s customer care representative ask me to call Zest Mall Inc to ask them about a purchase made on their website? And the number to call is not connecting.
The order that I made on the 1st November 2018 has not been delivered till date December 4, 2018. And no one is accountable, nothing is being done about it. I’m completely disappointed with Walmart.
WHEN ORDERING FROM WALMART MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE THIRD PARTY ZEST MALL OR BEST DEALS, COMPLETE SCAM.
They don't send the right product's and when they do it's months later or damaged. I suggest never to buy any product from a third party.
Terrible service and products
Zest Mall Inc, is a scam, they false advertised a "action camera in black" a specific model I do own in another color. What they sent me was junk. Then the run around on the email response about the return. They want me to send them a "video" of the problem, if i was using it right". I sent them pics and video, describe what it cant do, what its not. Days later,they reply, they want me to be more specific.....
My advice, deal with Walmart directly, get help from the management team.
I ordered an item I needed to make christmas gifts.. I figured order online from Walmart..wrong Walmart gave my order to Zest Mall Inc... now my order is to arrive after New Years
I need to make centerpieces for an event and purchased some artificial flowers for walmarts website. At the time I was placing the order I did not realize that this was a 3rd party. My order has been delayed due to the Canada Post labor strike, my package was going to arrive way after the date of my event. I contacted the company to ask them how to process a return as unfortunately I would no longer going to need the items due to the late delivery date. They offered me a 15% discount for my troubles. I explained that I needed to return the items as they were no longer required. They responded with the same answer and on the 3rd try they offered the following solutions 1- When the packages gets delivered refuse it and do not sign for it. 2- I can perhaps resell the items or 3- I can gift them to my family or friends as Christmas gifts. I have asked for a phone number to contact them and nothing. I am amazed that Walmart is dealing with such a supplier. Very disapointed with the lack of service.
Ordered 2 USB3.0 memory sticks, through Walmart Online. Received after long wait due to Canada Post labour dispute. On copying first time on USB 1, copy failed, and since then, computer recognize USB device, but keeps popping up "insert a disk", thinking it is a CD drive. For USB 2, copy also failed, and I re-formatted (quick), but speed is about 1 mps when using it, so NOT USB3.0. Sent complain to Zest Mall, and they wanted more info. Since I sent more info, I have not heard back from them. Still waiting. Product is NOT as advertised and bad. SO less than 1 star.

Not only did it take weeks for my parcel to show up but when it did it was extremely poor quality & it was also damaged, there is NO contact information for this “company” as every contact provided is unavailable.
I do not understand why Walmart is doing business with them , it’s extremely appalling.

I order the same , from Walmart too and I place my order was on November 5th and now its November 27 I haven't get the item yet , email saler . no answer , call Walmart . they said I have to contact seller , anyway , I don't have the answer and seem like I lose my money ! I don't think I want to order any from them or have to careful when order stuff from Walmart !!!! disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!!
