Ordered about 10 items from online clearance at walmart plus a toothpaste dispenser, all the other products came except the one that said sold by zest mail, i ordered everything around november 11th, order from zest mall said it would be here by december 14, it never came, canada post tracking is still saying transit since november 19,2018 now its January 10th 2019, 8 wish i had read these reviews first but then again i never had a bad experience with walmart until now, never again i will order anything from zest mall inc. I have requested my refund, i hope i atleast get that.
Purchased an item Oct 17 , 2018 .on the Walmart website....advised delivery date of Oct 22,/18.....The next day my credit card account was charged the full purchase price by Walmart.
I required the item prior to Oct 30/18 for installation on my trailer as the park was closing on Oct 31/18.....On Dec 27th received notification from Canada Post that the item was delivered to the Walmart store that day. Attended to the local store and was advised that they had no record of receiving the Item.
On Nov 3rd went to the Walmart store ....and advised that I was declining the order due to the late delivery...I was assured that I would receive a refund in 3-4 days.
I have had multipal calls to Walmart, spent hours on the phone , been lied to and give numerous promises that the refund would be processed.
Its now Jan 9th/19,,,,After many many phone calls and email to Walmart I was assured that a refund will be processed in 5 days...We can always hope that this is the end .
I will never again Shop Walmart on line and I'm considering boycotting all together.
And having to give a 1 star rating is a gross exageration of the poor service provided by Walmart. It doesn't deserve 1 star.
Ordered 2 Christmas gifts on November 10, 2018 Should have been delivered by Dec.2/18 Nothing but a ship show of back and forth. I called the client # at Walmart and they actually lied to me stating that the products were at walmart ready to be picked up. NOT On Jan.3 Walmart told me to call Zest Mall Inc. and get to the bottom of it. I ordered through Walmart and my products do not even have a tracking # now. Walmart blames it on 3rd party business. This order has been "escalated" 2x and no email or product as of yet. Date January 5, 2019 Buyer Beware. Should have negative stars or no stars. I do not like giving them even 1 star
Ordered a gift from zest mall inc through walmart.ca for christmas.....ages ago. It's now jan 2nd and still did not receive it and the tracking number dont work. Contacted customer service and they were supposed to get back to me within couple days. That was over a week ago.
Call the News about Walmart and the scammers they have selling threw them
Don't order from them they are a rip off and so is Walmart for not standing up for the people who buy off them I think Walmart is a rip off as well

I ordered a Bluetooth handsfree transmitter for the van. It took forever to come in and when it did it has poor instructions. Still don't know how to use it and if it even works. Not impressed at all. Walmart needs to stop using this third party vendor
please do NOT order from this company I ordered a chalk magnetic board for a 5 year old it came after waiting over a month its 15 inches high came in box with no directions and Japanese writing a little 2 year old is sitting on the floor marking on it I think Walmart is in cohots with this company tried calling the number get music playing his name is david evanse that owns this company stay away from Walmart im telling everbody I talk to do not buy from walmart

Ordered a gift, still hasn't arrived, apparently been in transit since Dec. 1st was supposed to be here Dec. 17th, now almost a month has gone by - do not order from 3rd party! The tracking number doesn't work on Canada Post website either!!!
NOT IMPRESSED ...took forever for my bluetooth FM transmitter to come in. no real instructions to follow and I do not know how it works. I also did not realize that I was using a 3rd party. I thought it was Walmart online ordering. I will never do this again. SCAMMERS
My order took a bit of time because of a postal strike but, my item arrived before Christmas.
Even though the package was a bit damaged from shipping and customs the product was in perfect condition and exactly what I expected.
I have seen a lot of mostly negative reviews and warnings on here about Zest Mall so I felt I must report my good experience with them.

The absolute worst. I ordered an security camera and did not notice that it had an EU plug and not a North American one, as the description was way down at the bottom, and I assumed that an item advertised on Walmart Canada would be compatible for Canada. It took a long time to receive. I wrote them for a refund and was offered a 12% discount contacted WALMART heard nothing back from them, nor do I expect to. Come on, Walmart, ditch this horrible seller. Let your customers know that the items they are buying is not from Walmart.
Zest mall sent me a damaged item and when I called the phone number is disconnected. They did not reply to my my email but Walmart refunded me the full amount in minutes when I called in.
You all should find a lawyer. There is enough evidence pointing to the fact that Zest Mall inc is fraudulent and being allowed to continue operating through Walmart. Class action lawsuit is required.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Never shopping online with Wal-Mart ever again. Ordered cell phone case for P20 pro. Took 4 weeks to be sent the wrong case. Had no idea I was buying from 3rd party and now can't even find any contact method to inform them they sent the wrong product. Stuck with a case that doesn't fit??? Thanks Wal-Mart ...never again. And don't get me started on your non existent system for picking up your order.
