Absolute worst company to deal with. Walmart should definitely remove them from their sellers!

I purchased a product in March 2020, it arrived late April 2020 and did not work!

I contacted them immediately to report the problem and try to initiate a refund, they responded weeks later asking for more information so I provided all of that right away. They got back to me weeks after that asking for more information so I did that as well right away.

They've finally gotten back to me now saying that it's been months since I received the product and I should have contacted them right away if there was a problem!!

I ordered a package from Wal-Mart thinking that Wal-Mart sold everything from its company. I was wrong. I ordered some things from this company and was scared I wasn't going to get it from them because of the reviews... Yes this company doesn't contact you, the tracking number I received didn't work, the delivery dates were wrong, I received the package a month and a little bit after placing my order and one of my items was damaged... Also this company operates from China, which I didn't know so that would explains the delivery dates. I would just like people to know even though this company is terrible you might still get your package in. Its Wal-Mart's fault for using different sellers, I'm honestly are more mad at them then I am at this company, they wouldn't even help me when I tried to contact Wal-Mart. They are just trying to use a cheaper alternative then by using their shipping and items. Never buying from Wal-Mart's Website again.

Please give me the right and easy information for solve this situation.

Wal Mart should not have them as a seller. Placed an order on Nov 14th still not here Dec 20th tried several times to contact to no response.

I never got my package it was delivered to an address that I never heard of and I tried contacting them. They still haven't responded its been 3 weeks. Not happy!

0 stars if I could. Sent order to wrong address. No response after repeatedly trying to contact them both by phone and through Walmart marketplace.

Ordered pest control repellents and they shipped to the wrong address.

worst customer service ..shipped my item to wrong address ..i contacted them million times with no response ..i wish i could slap their faces...Walmart should remove them from selling on their website ..This company is GRACE .

They stole my money. Ordered 'last 6 remaining' sets of LED lights.. they sent me ONE. .. 20 bucks a set.. took 100 dollars from me. Left 2 polite voicemails, no answer.. just tried again.. 'call rejected'... they stole this brand. I contacted the manufacturer and they are pursuing it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS THIEF!!!
