After a mistake on my side, YouRemodel reached out and fixed my issue. Because it won’t let me do it manually, I wrote another review to update my previous. This is a family run operation with good customer service!
The product was as advertised, but this seller put a very sour taste in my mouth. I reached out multiple times and when I finally got to the right person, Greg proceeded to inform me that he didn't believe me. After finding out the truth, he proceeded to use the current world issues as a reason that he couldn't take back the product. I would steer clear of this seller at all costs!
Great seller, no issues
My wife and I ordered a tub surround from them and it arrived with package ripped. There was nothing protecting the tub surround inside. The main part of the tub surround had a crack in the corner and 2 big dents. We called their customer service and no one answered or called us back. Will never buy a product from them again.
