I ordered 5 surveillance cameras and 4 out of the 5 stopped working after only 2 weeks. I reached out to inquire about a return. They never responded. I wished I'd read all of the bad reviews prior to ordering. I would suggest never ordering from this seller. Their poor service is also damaging Walmart's reputation since I ordered through Walmart.com. They will not accept the return in store since it was a third party seller. I wouldn't even give one star if it were possible.
Don’t not purchase anything from this company, they don’t except returns and will try to offer less money than what you paid for an item to keep it instead of allowing you to return it. Poor business practices. I don’t even want to give them one star.
I bought a baby monitor through Walmart.com. I was not happy with the quality of the video and wanted to return it. They would not take it back unless I send a photo or video showing what was wrong . with it. I simply DID NOT LIKE the quality and they just refused to take it back and refund me.
NVER BUY from this company. I see they also work with Amazon. Stay away from them
Worst place to try and get any info for returning items. They sent me wrong item and still waiting to hear from Y STYLE. I guess my attorney will have to take care of this. You don't deserve any stars at all BBB will find out about this as well, I ordered a wireless security system the one they sent diffently not at all wireless and no one has gotten back to me about this matter.
Do not buy from this company , We needed to return an air purifier because it was broken and they have done nothing except give us the run around. Sometimes their email doesn’t work. They have asked for a part number 4 times .We have gave it for times.Take our advice. Rating is 0
I ORDERED A baby monitor from this seller for my wife who was in hospice care She passed away before item was shipped so I tried to cancel the product no longer needed .No reply from these people they shipped it anyway took back to local store and they are charging $5 shipping and $3 restocking for an item that SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SHIPPED . Watch what you order from Wal Mart and NEVER order from these CROOKS Wish I could rate 0 stars for this company
I will never order from you again, I order a grill back on feb 2 and have not got it yet and you still have my money so something better get done send the grill or return my money.
Do not purchase from this company. My product came with the wrong power cord and could not be used. After communicating with them for several weeks via email and returning the product I still was not provided with a refund. I had to contact Walmart directly for assistance. They should be removed from the Marketplace Seller list!

Warning! Don't buy from this company. I was scammed by them on a return. They are in China. They go by the name Ystyle on Walmart and Amazon and on Ebay they are YStyle Electronic Company Limited. They sent me a product with the wrong part and would not refund all my money. I couldn't even plug the product in. It was useless. They charged a return fee and repacking fee. I explained to them that in my state it is illegal to charge return fees on a product that can not be used as intended. They sent me the specifications and said the product they sent meets specifications so it is legal. I said, no, it doesn't meet specifications because you didn't send all the parts. They expect me to pay $20 in return fees when they didn't even send the complete product. I have never seen a company act like this before. They may be sending the product with an incorrect part on purpose to rake in return fees. No one will keep a product that they can't use so they can just keep sending the same defective product over and over. Maybe they aren't sending me a bad part on purpose, I don't know, but they did steal my money on purpose and did it illegally.
Do not buy anything from this company, even if you have to pay a little more by going somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Prepare to get the run around from company, if you get a response at all. Terrible and frustrating experience. Spend your money elsewhere!

product does not fit. trying to send back, but cant find any number, e-mail link doesn't work, return tab goes to blank URL. Walmart and Walmart.com says to call the market company because they do not take returns on walmart market place items........ hmmmmm.
