Poor quality! Returned the product but have not received my refund for returned items even though tracking shows they received it over a month ago! Have not been able to reach anyone to find out why. I will NOT do business with this seller again and I urge others to think twice before doing business with them. I wish I would have read the reveiws prior to ordering. Zero stars! Haven't recieved my refund yet, smh, even though they have those ugly cheap looking shoes. They were dirty, no name on the shoes. Should i just give on my refund and take it as a lost? Walmart isn't any help either. With all these bad reviews about this company it seems like walmart shouldn't do business with this company and refund people money back. Sick

I had to leave a 1 star review, but they don't even deserve that. I bought a pair of sandals and returned them because they were so cheaply made; couldn't buckle the strap and such thin material. I returned them the very next day with the return label printed. This was May 8 and I still have not received my refund, nor has Wodstyle LLC replied to any of my emails. This company is so unprofessional and I would NOT recommend buying anything they sell. I did find a phone number which I'm going to try. I want my refund!!!!

I ordered 2 shirts through Walmart from them and they were too small and I returned both one still inside original package not opened as they were the same just different colors they received them both back on 5/19/2020 and I still have not received a refund. I have filed a dispute with my bank as they have not replied back to my messages and the phone never gets answered just rings then disconnects.

I ordered a swim suit from them and never received it. It shows that it was delivered but I never got it. I have made several attempts to contact them and no one will return my messages. I don't think they are even worth a one star.

purchased a HD Webcam Support 720P Internet Video Computer Autofocus Microphone Web Cam. it came in broken with parts rattling around inside the camera. notified them immediately and was told they would refund my card within 24 hours. Never received refund and cannot return item because they changed the “return by” date. Do yourself a favor. Do not use WODSTYLE LLC

I ordered a webcam sold by this company on walmart.com. The pkg arrived, but the item is defective. I get sound, but NO IMAGE. Trying like heck to get a refund. but NO ORDER shows on my Walmart account! Yet I have ALL email notices or order placement, shipping, and arrival. I want to return for a refund, but NOT in person at our store. I wish to do it by mail. NO WAY to accomplish this. I am waiting on the customer service telephine kune,,, waitin and waiting. Ordered a webcam from them. The item I received (late) was entirely different than the description, was missing the installation CD, and did not work at all.

I returned it last week and am still waiting for my refund.

Walmart is not vetting these marketplace sellers. This reflects poorly on Walmart's reputation. I wish there was an option to not see items from marketplace sellers when searching Walmart's website.

I am reporting as fraud, never received item. i think walmart.com should have to show the seller ratings on their site before customers order- clearly many of us would not select items from such poorly rated sellers.

Horrible customer service.!!! My order never came and they refuse to issues a refund. Tracking information is not provided and they will bit provide any information about the location of the package when contacted.

Order placed on April 28th 2020 and arrives at end of day May 5th 2020 and no item as promised. Spent 3.5 hours on hold with Walmart and was informed the item was lost. I bet it wasn't ever shipped. I'm gonna have to rethink trusting Walmart to protect my interests.

BUYER BEWARE... you won't hear anything from them after you order. You can't track item even if you see a TRACK button to press. I am working on getting a refund on an item I ordered long ago...and my card was charged. Good luck getting a hold of them and WAL-MART will not answer to help. I waited on the phone for close to 3 hours. They stated maybe an hour wait...then it got down to 59 minutes..then as it got smaller it kept going up again after...I was silly enough to hang on...finally the recording at the beginning came on again..."it could be an hour wait"....with music and recording telling you to find the answer to your question of "FAQ" page...give me a break. I am done with ordering from Wal-Mart...shame on them for going to a foreign county to products to order. Only buy American made!

I bought a shirt from them recently. Not only is it too small, there is no inner label indicating the correct sizing. The only label to be found was in Chinese on the inseam! Walmart gave me the vendor number to call for a return, the associate that answered speaks no english. Really? That's convinient! So now what, I'm stuck with an item I can't wear and Walmart won't accept an outside vendors return? It was sold on their website. Never again! Buy American, buy and try on in store, or buyer beware!

Poor quality shoddy merchandise and when you request refund they agree to give you only half of your money and tell you to keep the merchandise, give it away or donate it.

Just beware of the policies before you order anything. Check other reviews of disappointment as there are many! This company deserves no stars!

The shoes I ordered were priced at $19.99 including free shipping, which is understandable, as they are made very cheaply made. They are thin and the soles are made out of some type of foam material, which wasnt highlighted in the pictures on the ad. The kicker is they turned out to be $30 in the end. This was a scam and I plan to tell everyone on and offline, including various social media outlets to warn them of ur company's way of conducting business.

This is a horrible company! Ordered a pair of shoes that looked good in the picture. When I got the shoes they were ugly and had a cork sole. I went online and got a return slip to take it back to Walmart and I had till April 13th for return. To make a long story short, Walmart doesn't take these back you have to go through the 3rd party company yourself. When I did this they told me I could no longer return the shoes and it's not even April 13th. This is maddening! I wasted $24 on ugly shoes! I'm surprised Walmart associates with them! They don't even deserve one star!

DO NOT BUY FROM THE SELLER!!! The sweater I received was way too big. Tried to take it back to Walmart - they wouldn't return it. I was told I had to do an online return. Since it was a gift, I had to get the gift giver involved. She went to her account and the order didn't even show up. I then emailed WodStyle. I did get a response, however, it would cost more to return the item, so the offered me $10 and let me keep the sweater which was $25. Since I can't give less than 1 star, I will give them some credit for at least responding to the email.
