Fraud!! I ordered a projector and the sent me. A dollar tree white table cloth! Told me rest of order was from different location and would take atleast another month! Then offered me $5 refund only if I returned the order (which I didn’t get what I ordered)- and the process would take 2-3 months!! FRAUD!!! Negative stars

My ordered item was damaged when I received it. I've emailed them and only received an auto generated reply that offers to exchange item . They will not give me any information about returning it or getting a refund. Will not make a purchase from a marketplace vendor on Walmart.com again!

DO NOT buy from them. They will not refund your money, they only want to offer you an item in place of it, nor do they answer your emails in a timely manor. And my item was damaged during delivery.

I do NOT recommend this company. I purchased a pair of women's satin pajamas online via Wal-Mart and despite saying the item is returnable they would not give me a return address even when I knew I would pay the postage. I did not want a different size because the top and bottoms were not proportional. I went back and forth three times via e-mail asking to return it and instead was asked to accept $2 off or a free gift which was a child's neck scarf. It seemed absurd to send me something I did not want instead of allowing me to return what I had purchased at my own cost.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a golf net literally a month ago. I have not received my package and I have over 25 emails of automated replies skirting the fact that they owe me a product that I paid for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I will see them in court
