I purchased a pub table from Overstock. I received the wrong table. I provided a copy of the Order v. the picture on the box that they sent me--they were clearly different. Overstock repeatedly stated that the seller, WILLWOLFER INC., would process the return and provided a 'gmail' address to contact them. It has been months and I never heard from them.
Absolutely terrible set up, total lack of customer service, stay away from these guys!
They lost my order and never even told me that it was lost. I had to message them 2 weeks after my purchase to get an update and that’s when they told me that they sent it but it got lost and now they are out of stock and all they could do is give me a refund. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend buying from this supplier
