Always contact Better Business Bureau (BBB) when a company is dishonest. The BBB is there to help consumers and they will take action on your behalf. Better Business Bureau has a website where you can fill out a complaint form and a toll free 800 number where you can call them. I filled out the complaint form and got my money back from Walmart.com. No company wants customers to know that they have been reported to the BBB.
Will never order from them again. They sent the wrong product..plus I am stuck with something that I can not use.. hip brace for sciatica nerve pain...big RIP off.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

They sent me the wrong product and apparently I am now stuck with it. When you try calling them directly the call does not go through. I would never order from them again. I wish I had read their reviews. Never again!
DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered some socks and they weren’t what was advertised so I tried to return them to Walmart and they said I had to send them directly back to the Wholesale World of America. I did, USPS tracking number says they received it. No refund has been issued, they don’t answer the phone, nor can you leave a message. They didn’t answer my email. I called Walmart Customer Service, they sent an email, I got an email from the seller the next day telling me to send the socks back to them, which I had already done. I am now out 48.00. If you order from these people you had better like your product because there is no return/refund coming.
It says there is a zipper! There is NO ZIPPER! YOU CANT EVEN TRY IT ON! Do not use this company they will charge you to send their crap back!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought two pair of their " copper infused socks" whatever THAT means and the socks did not fit as per their size chart, I send the socks back THROUGH WALMART at a cost of $4.30 each to ship them back and low and behold there is ALSO A RESTOCKING FEE of $3.40 EACH!!! WHAT A RIP OFF NEVER AGAIN!! AND THEY ARE SAYING THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SOCKS BACK!!! SO THEY ARE KEEPING $36.00 what a @(*#&$

Do not purchase from this company. The product that I ordered was cheap and looked nothing like the photos. I contacted the seller; and she refused to budge. She would not send me a return label; and I assume that she intended on keeping 20 percent to "restock" it. She cared not one iota that the product was inferior nor that I was very dissatisfied. Fortunately, Walmart honored my request for a refund. Never again.
Good product. Good Price. Poor Customer Service response efforts. One month later - still waiting for Return/Exchange.
