This review is on we-ship-same-day.com. As with other reviewers I spent extra money for overnight delivery by UPS. Of course this did not happen. The item I ordered was shipped by USPS and was delivered four days later. I did not get any refund. Do NOT order anything from this company!

Placed my order for a certain part i needed with $50 next day shipping thinking they would send the same day since their website is called “we ship same day” instead, i received an email with the title saying “ We need model confirmation-send Pic of your old part or model #-number” so i sent pictures & order was processed next day. I finally received a confirmation # that was cancelled for some reason so i sent an email and got a response the next morning with a different tracking # along with this message “ Do you pay for a fast shipping so we change the label this is your tracking number.” Lucky, i did receive the package with the part needed. It was a sketchy experience after reading all the reviews. Overall, I received my package and my washer is back to normal. Blessings.

Giant waste of money!!! Never got my order and will never get my money back!!! Walmart has been completely useless with this as well. Wish I could leave negative star rating!! $210 down the drain.

I ordered a washer inlet valve from Walmart but it ended up being this company. When I ordered the part, the photo in their description was exactly the part I needed. When it arrived it was the updated version of it and wasn't the correct part. The wire harness on my washer will not fit the updated part. I spent $51.00. I am now trying to return it. Hope I get a response to my request. I contacted both WeShipSameDay and Walmart 12/14/20. I hope it is a positive outcome because at this time I can not afford to lose $51 to a company for a product that will not work. Times are tough, and that is why we decided to fit our appliance ourselves.

I haven't received my order and it was supposed to be here in 2-4 business days and their customer service is horrible. My part was not cheap and all I get is it is on its way. It is in Georgia for the past 5 days, I could have driven to Florida, picked it up and drove back faster than they had it delivered. If you are going to guarantee and delivery use a service that will make that happen. Not the slowest service around. This is unreal. I have to contact my credit card company and see if they can help me get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Not even worth a star.

Part did not fit, tried to return and company would not respond to call, text, email, or chat

Spent $10 for expedited service. Of course that didn’t happen. Don’t waste your money!

Very disappointed! I need a part and it cannot be shipped to myself or my local Wal-Mart. I am willing to travel to another area to pick it up, but have been unable to contact seller to arrange and no one at Wal-Mart seems to be able to assist. Very UN-user friendly! I had to give a star to finalize this message, but in actuality, I would give no stars!
