Bought a phone on Amazon from them and satisfaction was guaranteed and they accept refunds but then they charge me $75 for a restocking fee. Won’t ever buy from them again.
Promised delivery 2 days. After I paid almost $500.00 I check tracking hasn't shipped after 2 days. Contacted customer service. Told want deliver until 5 more additional days. This was don't Amazon.com. Amazon said the had to run a security check though my bank. Contacted bank. Bank says not true at all no security check ran on my account for verification. Which means These company have no problem lieing to your face. I will not be a return coustermer for sure. Sad.
