Their products are cheap quality. If you initiate a return via walmart's market place, they do not respond. I called the number in the link above and it was correct number. They said I would have a refund within 5 days, and look for an email return label- if not they refund without items. I'll believe it when i see my money. their stuff is so bad they dont even want it back!! Save yourself the headache and avoid them.

Wal-Mart doesn't take returns it would have to go to the seller this was an inexpensive item and that's what scammers will do so inexpensive items that you're not going to bother to return you do that enough times ,you make money off people . not ok

My boyfriend and I were having an issue with fruit flies at our apartment and needed a way to get rid of them. As a result we ordered two of the Electric Fly Bug Zappers. I ordered these items on July 21st and received them on August 1st. (By this time we had gotten rid of all the fruit flies.) Once they arrived I immediately knew that I would be requesting a refund. The package was light as a feather. Once opened, I saw how poorly made these Electric Zappers were. The quality was terrible, cheap and useless. You could seriously look at them and tell that they would not function as described. Even though I no longer needed them, I had every intention of keeping them once they arrived. However, I would be a fool to keep these knowing that the seller false advertised these Electric Fly Bug Zappers. When I contacted the seller for a refund, they gave this

list of rules for returns. I honestly feel like they do that to make buyers feel like they don't want to deal with the headache to get a return. Unfortunately for them, I will continue to request a refund and go through the refund process until I get my hard earned money back. I truly feel scammed and from the reviews left by other buyers, so do they. I definitely would not recommend anyone purchasing from this seller. I give them NEGATIVE 5 stars.

If there was a way to give no stars that is what they would get. I ordered a shirt at the end of May. I never received it. Finally contacted them and they say I have to go to the post office cause they sent it and it was delivered. They gave me a tracking number that was different to the one that was created for the shipment. I asked for a refund or for what I ordered. They kept saying they delievered it. I had to contact Walmart.com and they gave me a refund since it was ordered through their website. Walmart is suppose to be looking further into it. Sounds like a crap store from China. I have tried to find out where it was from but never could. Do not order from these people. They do nothing but steal money from people and refuse to send what you order from them.
