Bought a $650 suitcase revieved an envelope in mailbox with a shiping label in it. No suitcase luckey I paid for it with AMEX was able to dispute and get my money back

Wish I had known to check in advance -- ordered something, it's just MIA and no response from them on where the package might be.

Received damaged. I have spent abt 2 hours with Walmart for a refund. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering anything. It would be simple for them just to send the replacement wire but I am fed up with this company. Will never order from them again

This company sent me the wrong item.It took them a month after I returned it to give me a refund for the price of the item.According to their own policy they were supposed to reimburse me for the shipping costs,but they won't do it.I guess themselves and Walmart need my money more than I do.I would prefer to give no stars.

I've been trying to get a refund for 1 month for the wrong item they sent me. According to the usps they received the item on Sept. 11th.I still have not received a refund.
