Beware, this company is a scam. Cannot believe Walmart is doing business with them. I ordered from VitaminsHub over 3 weeks ago and never received my order. In fact, I can see from the tracking info on USPS that they never even shipped the order! Their website is defunct and neither of their phone numbers is legitimate. If you call their 1-800 number, you get a bunch of recorded ads trying to sell extended warranties and social security benefits!! Really?? If you email them, all you get is an automatic reply that is completely unhelpful. I'm really disappointed in Walmart for allowing this seller on their site. I believed that I was ordering from a reputable company because of their association with Walmart, but that is certainly not the case. Shame on you, Walmart! Get these crooks off your site ASAP!

Three weeks to ship?? Horrible

My order was lost/damaged in transit. I communicated with the seller, and they told me the shipping info states it's in transit. I replied with a screenshot showing the package is now marked as "MISSENT" and a email proving I had discussed the matter with USPS already. I never received a reply for the 2nd email I sent them, nor was did I receive the item which still til this day has not moved from the last point January 19th. Luckily Wal-Mart was able to refund me, because Vitaminshub.com was a third party seller. I imagine they kept my payment, and Wal-Mart ended up refunding me on their part. Very unprofessional, and unreliable company. Never again.

Horrible seller.. do not purchase from them. Never received item and not able to get in contact with anyone. They get negative five stars.

Horrible service. The email address provided does not work. There is no other means to contact this seller other than to dispute with Walmart.
