I received their shitty lights that didn't work, printed the return label and sent them back to them. Shortly the light came back to me marked "undeliverable, no address available." I contacted Wal-mart and I told them about the problem and finally got my money back. This is a terrible company and I will NEVER purchase from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their Escalation Method is poor or even worse. You can’t speak to anyone and when you send them an email response to their message you can’t tell if it was sent.

We bought the set of two larger Qedertek solar motion lights, we had them approximately a month, when one caught on fire. We had it mounted to the fence by our patio. I contacted VIP Global that sold these for a refund, and they never responded, emailed them several times. I will be much more cautious when buying things off Walmart .com because they do not back up what they sell on Walmart site, they bring in other companys and allow them to sell on their site. Thank God this was not attached to the house. They need to be recalled!

Terrible customer service. Ordered solar lights and received them quickly but only worked for 2 days. Another customer wrote the same thing that they worked briefly then quit, but thought it might have been a fluke thing. Not the case. Have been trying for days to email customer service and the emails won't go thru. Keeps saying there are problems and to try again later. Even contacted Wal-Mart customer service and they were no help. Unfortunately this shows you get what you pay for an walmart is living up to its reputation
