Received lounger that was not just broken but shattered in 100’s of pieces that I ordered through Walmart. I contacted Walmart and they said the company would be in contact with me. After about 2 days I received an email from VIK Tech. They wanted pictures and I sent them… They they started sending incoherent email not making much sense and obviously stonewalling. All I wanted was a replacement but now after eight or ten emails I have now contacted Walmart requesting a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE S TERRIBLE. IF THERE WAS A MINUS (-) 5 STAR I WOULD GIVE IT TO THEM!

The worst company ever, I emailed them and emailed them stating that the product didn't work they finally stopped answering emails and would not leave me return the product.

This is a terrible company with terrible customer service and terrible products.

Do not buy anything from them. I bought a wardrobe from them and cannot return it because it will not stay up they will not return my emails have email them several times and keep getting the same response they want pictures but I told them repeatedly it's box up and ready to go and send me a shipping label they have not done that yet very bad customer service

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING THRU THIS COMPANY. I ordered a KUGEL bike for my boy through Walmart. The parts were defective. When I contacted Walmart, they directed me to VIK TECH. Their customer service is Bad. They deserve a negative rating. Please don’t order any product that is being sold by VIK TECH.

I spent 457 dollars.

If I could rate this company in the negative, I would. My mother ordered a gift for me for my housewarming and never received it. FedEx returned it back to the warehouse. Suddenly they don’t have a warehouse for returns and only offered me back 80 dollars back when it was almost double that amount for the purchase. How is it my fault you guys don’t have a warehouse for returns? Get it together and stop scamming innocent people.

This company is a fraud,I am stopping payment on my credit card as I have had no response on how to return an item. Do not order from this compay

Ordered jewel box from Wal-Mart.com got package from vik tech said China on box was fake wood all crooked and no customer service number..co that produces this product hives and honey is in Texas and tags there products..no tag all chipped and different colors of fake wood..some anniversary gift..

Bought a filing cabinet from Vik Tech via Walmart.

Once it arrived I saw that it was difficult( at least for me) to install.

Attempted to return the product and had a TERRIBLE experience.

Bought a couch and loveseat from this company. Worst couch and loveseat ever. Even though it says free returns they would not let me return it. So difficult to communicate with. Scam company.

These people are beyond words. The last email they sent me making fun of my cancelation request was the last straw. I have reported them to Walmart and my Legal Team and are considering legal action for harrasment and fraud.

Buyers DON'T ORDER ANYTHING THRU THIS COMPANY... They always send fake products and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Horrible scam setup. I was sent recliner that wasn't what I purchased. It was way lesser and damaged to boot. Customer service does not exist from what I can see. No one has contacted me back and now this becomes a job to return a chair I didn't order.

Terrible customer service will not take returns.

Fake Best Choice

These people deserve NO stars . Not only would they refuse to provide me a good phone number nor an address to issue a refund but they’re a scam! The person “crystal” who answered my email was unprofessional. She tried to tell me how I can get rid of the chair but did not offer a refund. Her responses were always after normal business hours. Something is off about this so called “business”. DO

NOT BUY from them!
