purchased the raspberry pi 3 though Walmart. received and assembled. installed data card and it broke. would not operate. cannot find an a link to contact for replacement. any help would be appreciated. no support for product after purchase.
Be warned, I purchased a raspberry pi and it did not work. Tried with a different sd card and still did not work. I contacted Viaboot via phone and e-mail with no response. I ended up purchasing a new board from Target and it worked fine. So there was definitely something wrong with Viaboot's board and sd card. No response and their website is down. Buy from a trusted source.
Well let me start by saying I had an unusual experience with my purchase. I had waited a week for my raspberry pi 3, and I got an Empty box. The box had a taped up hope in it an clearly stamped on it was " arrived with no contents" from fort worth Texas proccessing. I emailed viaboot, they asked for pictures. I sent them pics, they had another box with goods delivered to my door two days later. Very professional customer service!!! I will buy from them again.
