I don't know why walmart keeps them as a seller. I am going to social media and report them as fraudulent sellers. I had a similar experience. Ordered a simple scale . It was issued a fake tracking number as the item never made it to USPS. They keep people waiting and hold our money and we get no product. I won't stand for this. This company is a scam you can't even get through to customer service.
I ordered 2 chairs off of Walmart's website from them, the tracking numbers did not work, and email to them thru Walmart was unanswered, phone calls to them are ignored. The first chair was due 8-7-19, I don't have expectations of the other arriving on time or ever? Funny? people are selling the same chairs in the same colors on the Cleveland area Craig's list for 200 bucks? Are they stealing them off of trucks?
Walmart did issue a refund for the first chair.
Ordered a balance scale on 4/26/2019. Vetmed claimed I received the order 3 days earlier 4/23/2019.

I am visiting my daughter in Illinois. I live in Tennessee. I am a double amputee, so rely on my wheelchair completely. Soon after I arrived, one of the large wheels broke. I went straight to Walmart.com and ordered one on Wednesday July 10. It was to arrive Monday, July 15. On the arrival date, the order showed that it was shipped, but delayed until July 22. How disappointing. I couldn't track the number. Found out that the number was the order number. I emailed Walmart and they told me that it was from a third party Seller, Vetmed Corp USA. I researched them online and became more distraught. Their website shows that they are actually in Illinois, so why two weeks to arrive if it has been shipped? Plus there was a notice that the company doesn't exist! So I checked the Better Business Bureau. 18 complaints exactly like mine and the one's on this page. This company needs to be investigated by the law. They are going to hurt Wal-Mart's business badly, too. Today is the 22 ND and, of course, no wheelchair. No money to pay for another. But, after two emails and a survey for Walmart customer service, I received an email from Walmart stating they have sent a refund. Hopefully I can order another that will get here quickly. What I should have done to begin with. Two day shipping from Amazon, shipped by Amazon. Lesson learned. Beware when you order essential medical equipment. Thanks Vetmed for leaving me housebound on a visit. You have hurt many people with your poor, poor service.
Ordered a wheelchair through wal mart.com vetmed said item was shipped and delivered. We did not receive it. Contacted wal mart the gave me a full refund. They should drop this vendor
My son was in an MS relapse and needed a rollator asap. I ordered on 5/26/19 and was happy to pay extra to receive it on the 30th. It was shipped but delayed and have no way to contact them at all. I have emailed them with no result and the phone # apparently is wrong. The tracking # looks like a phone # and is not real. Did I just waste my $85?...I think so! I had to order another one but made sure it was through Wal-Mart only and not one of their marketplace sellers! This has never happened to me before but I sure learned my lesson about Vet Med USA the hard way!!!! If I could I would give them a -0 rating!!!
Ordered a transport chair and payed in full. Never got a tracking number but my name was assigned to another order. Five days later, I got an email saying my chair was delivered to another city by UPS . UPS confirmed the delivery. It appears they shipped one chair but got two customers to pay for it. They will not answer any emails from me or Walmart. They are a third party vendor for Walmart. They don't have a 0 star rating here so I am forced to give a one!
I placed an order on 04/26/19, was told my item was delivered on 23rd of April 2019, to an address in FL. Item delivered to FL per tracking info was ordered on 4/19/23. My profile ONLY has DELIVERY address where I live in AZ. Their order system is messed up, there is NO rhyme or reason.
I have reached out to walmart.com and to this company a dozen times with ZERO response from vetmed USA, very little assistance from walmart.com. it has been 13 days since I placed my order I can not get anyone to let me know what is going on. They had no problem taking my money out of my acnt. If I had known I was not ordering from walmart.com "WalMart not a vendor" I would have never placed the order.
I ordered a medical step stoll for mom only way she can get in out of my mini van, it shipped & was sent to a different address different state & fed x said was even signed for...
Walmart.com refunded me the $ and reordered another one for us before I seen all theses complaints...

I purchased an item through WalMart from Vetmed USA corp they put an address for someone in California and im in TEXAS so someone else got my package . Now they will not respond to me or WalMart and I still don't have the item I paid for pluse I paid for fast shipping. This was totally uncalled for anyone that can read can see the address wasn't even close at all.
This seller is horrible. Sent the wrong product. I have called several times, emailed several times and not one gets back to me. I went to Walmart and was told it not their problem. I asked that they remove this seller because of all the bad reviews and they hung up on me. BEWARE if you want to waste your money place an order otherwise stay away.

They charged us for the order. We received the email for shipping, and a full month later the usps tracking still showed the item had never been shipped, they'd just printed the label and charged us.

For 8 days the provided tracking number indicated that it had shipped and due 1/23/19. On 1/24/19 tracking number stated that it was delayed and had just shipped so obviously the last 9 days was a lie. Day 4 past the original due date and now the tracking number is no good. All links to customer service do not work. I don't think this is an accident. Would list this company at zero stars if able.
Disgusting, they send out defective merchandise and refuse to accept a return. Awful company.
Same with me, rollator sent to another state. No answer and no call back. I ordered this thru Walmart. Stay away from VETMED.
I ordered a wheel chair for myself from this company.. first one was sent to another address in another state. After contacting Walmart and Vetmed. the rep at vetmed said they would refund my order and order another wheelchair for me. After waiting a total of two weeks I checked the ups shipping on the second wheelchair and it too had been shipped to the wrong address in another state. Im from Washington state, it had been shipped twice to Florida. They have my shipping info on file yet left me hanging for two weeks. and made the same mistake twice. If I could give this company a Minus Rating I would. Never again. this is the worst company I've tried to order from in years. Thanks VetMed I've been bed bound for over two weeks because of your service.
