Do not order from this company , I ordered a swimsuit got low grade garbage about 4 sizes too small. talked to Walmart to return and they contacted the company this was right around july 4th 2021 , it is now 9/17/2021. I was emailed an address to return the product to, cost me $6 shipping to mail back. Well Im now out the cost of the bathing suit and the shipping to return. Have not heard from sysea and although Walmart tried to fix the issue they got no where. I now refuse to order anything that doesnt come directly from Walmart.com and most certainly will never order anything from SySea again. They are scamming and taking peoples money and taking back products and not returning the money as well. Shame on them and honestly shame on WalMart for continuing to allow them to do this!!!!

Very disappointed in return policy. Was not given any return policy information. I ordered through Walmart.com and should have been able to return to my local story. If not I should have been told up front how to return to 3rd party. Sandy Ginter

This company should be brought up on criminal charges. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. The old bait and switch scam. They advertise a beautiful garment, but what you get is absolute crap. They have no shame or integrity. They willingly and continuously take advantage of trusting consumers. As American consumers we have the power to stop this outrageous business practice. STOP buying from this company and its affiliates. We work hard for our money and want what we pay for. There's too much going on today to be wasting valuable time fighting with a dishonest company. Wish I had done my homework. The review on this seller are terrible. I've been waiting for my order for weeks. It shows delivered to a P.O Box some where in Livingston. opposed to my home address. I am going to be forced to buy something else as my event is this weekend.

I ordered a L t-shirt from Wal-Mart . The shirt came from SySea you sent a XL. I informed Wal-Mart that was not what I ordered and it is too big. Wal-Mart informed me they contacted the company and they would get in touch with me. It's been 3 weeks no L shirt and no credit. Someone better be taking care of this immediately. Not a happy customer. I give you a 0 for terrible. I have to check 1 star or it won't let you submit but it is really a 0

I wish I had found this before I ordered a cape that somehow got sent to a totally different address, that I don't know and somebody picked up my package in person at tacoma post office which is not where it was supposed to be sent! Beyond furious...

I never received my dress. The tracking stated it arrived but it had not. I get many, many packages delivered and none of them have ever gone missing. I've attempted to contract this company 4 times but they've continued to ignore me.

Terrible product. Not even close to what it looked like. Walmart should not allow them to sell products. No refund given me. No return instructions. This is what I was told:
