Ordered a shirt from usa zibiyou and it was delivered to a different location you get the run around from this vendor. 00 stars checked walmart and the address was correct but on tracking it was delivered somewhere else ridiculous!!!

I have been ordering from Walmart for years. But since they have started sending from their vendors, the vendors are NOT reliable. Now they throw fees at all the people who have been their most reliable customers. Guess I’ll just take my business elsewhere. I don’t think Mr. Sam Walton would be happy at all! You people care only about that all mighty dollar, but look at all the negative comments. They say it all!! Goodbye Walmart!! I tried to goyou no star!! So.. No Star

Going on vacation, I ordered 2 dresses that looked really nice on line. How wrong was that. I ordered the dresses 2 weeks ahead of time and was told that they would be delivered the next Monday after the order had been placed. I received the dresses 2 weeks after we returned from our week of vacation. You are talking 5 weeks at this point. The dresses were absolutely horrible, way too big and did not look like the picture at all. I asked for a refund and was told I could take the dresses to any Walmart and my refund would be issued. WRONG, I was told by a Walmart employee that they couldn't say when the dresses would be returned to the manufacturer and they didn't know when or if I would receive my refund. I decided to mail the dresses back and received a partial refund of 1 dress, as of this date I have not received a refund for the 2nd dress. Have contacted Walmart Customer Service about this and that was a joke. I will never order on Marketplace again. No customer service and actually this makes twice I have been cheated out of money. I finally learned my lesson. If I could give a negative rating I would.

These are NOT USA sizes, I 3 items return via Walmart and because the Walmart guy put all 3 items in one package after 6 day's going FedEx return they finally get the return and take out 1 item and are now sending me back 2 item's ? Never ever again !!! I'm becoming a 100% amazon chopper !! What a joke, oh and you can't call the third party purchaser, ridiculous

Ordered a blouse and was very disappointed when it arrived. Looks like someone stuffed a "used" blouse in a bag. The blouse did not have a size marked inside, no tags attached and no paper work on how to return the item. Tried to go on line to return, unable to. Called, can't get through. I definitely think Walmart should drop this vendor - they are giving Walmart shoppers a reason to go elsewhere.

I ordered 3 shirts from this company and paid $10.99 for each shirt. The sizes are VERY inaccurate. These 3 shirts were delivered to me in 1 package. I took them back to Walmart to return. When checking my email about it, they are trying to charge me 4.99 shipping and all 3 shirts-- $15.00, when the Walmart associate even said they were going in box. I watched her pack and seal the box. They are also charging a restock fee of $2.00 for each shirt. I will NEVER buy from this vendor ever again! I will also be posting this to my Facebook page to let everyone know not to buy from this business!

I am very disappointed with my two tops, it looks very different from the picture, cheap quality and cheap materials, I should have look at the reviews first but I was excited when I saw the pictures and I thought Wal-Mart should check their quality before partnering with this junkies. Never again! What a waste of money.

Like others, wish I had read the reviews....ah well. Ordered 2 tops, thru Walmart, for $12.99 ea. Paid an additional $4.99 for expedited shipping. Received 1 top on the day it was due, the other the next day, late. The tops themselves could be sold at the dollar store. 4 weeks later finally was told I could return at the store. Checked my emails from Walmart, yes I will be getting a total refund in the amount of $7.58. I was charged 2 restocking fees ($4.40) and 2 shipping charges ($9.98). I spent $25 for 2, cheap, shapeless, poorly made tops and am getting a refund of $8. Ridiculous. And nobody at USA Zibuyu cares, and really, neither did Walmart.

Terrible company to order from. They sent my order to a completely different address halfway across the state. I contacted Wal-Mart (they were very helpful) and was told on two different occasions that this company would contact me to resolve the issue, needless to say they never contacted me, luckily Wal-Mart refunded my purchase. I should have looked this company up before ordering, all reviews online are horrible. Wal-Mart should definitely stop doing business with this vendor and discontinue selling their products. Unfortunately you have to at least give them one star to leave a review, they don't even deserve that!

I am VERY disappointed in Wal-Mart for carrying this companies items. Size is soooo incorrect and you can't get any responses to try and return items purchased. Obviously... It seems everyone else is having the same problem. Now it even makes you give them at least one star before it lets you send this message.
