I ordered a reborn doll for my daughter from this company through Walmart. A few days later I checked my order and the company had completely switched the doll my daughter picked to a different doll. I have contacted the seller several times to cancel the order, but have heard nothing. Scam!!

We spent $50 on a reborn baby and it was all jacked up. both feet were on the wrong side so they were backwards, and then the arm was sewed onto the front. it is absolutely awful. waiting to here back from the company hoping we can get a refund or a new baby thats not messed up.

I ordered a reborn baby for my daughter for Christmas and never received it...I have called number not in service,emailed given the run around...

Ordered an item from Wal-Mart.com in the beginning of Dec. Was given a delivery date of a week later. Another week passes and still no package. Check shipping info and it keeps saying that its in transit. Finally get a confirmed delivery date of the 16th of Dec. 630 Monday night, I do a trace on it and here it says that package was delivered. Go outside and walk around my property, ask my neighbors, contact my post office and no package to be found. Here I dig deeper into delivery and confirmation of it and it was delivered some 1700 miles and 6 states away from where it was supposed to be delivered. Contact or try to contact NPK by phone and their # is inactive. Contact Wal-Mart.com and expressed my disbelief and they said they would reach out to marketplace seller and to give it 24hrs. Well, 48hrs later and still haven't heard word from them or Wal-Mart. Moral of the story, do not purchase anything from Wal-Mart.com sold by NPK international inc..... Filing a complaint with BBB and consumer affairs

I must say that I agree with the previous reviews as far as the poor quality of the products. My daughter wanted a reborn doll and so we ordered one for her, when it came, the first thought was "my, her body is VERY disproportionate from the rest of the doll. Her hair started falling out and not glued very well. The box was smashed on one end and very disappointed. I stay away from anything that has NPK. Customer service at Wal-Mart was fine and told us that it may take 1-2 weeks for the distributor to refund our account. $70 wasted, I give -1 star, but have to put something

Frighteningly hideous doll!! Horrible hair, disproportionate body, unevenly stuffed..........i could go on an on. Purchased for a two year old and cost almost $80, a complete waste. Even worse than the so called doll is the customer service. We were told we had to pay for the return, ok fine. Seller would not confirm the return address, so I decided to return it to the address shown on their shipping label. Seller would not confirm package was received as I had sent multiple emails. So after a couple of calls to Walmart they agreed to give us a refund, this after they also tried to contact them by phone without any luck. This seller should be investigated and BANNED!!

I want to return the doll I ordered for a full refund. The doll was suppose to look and feel soft like a newborn baby. It is hard and stiff . Very disappointed in the doll. Tyler Mink International does not answer the phone number displayed on their web site. They have a box to click to send an emails but you cannot send an email to them. The web site also says if the seller does respond to contact Walmart.com. I tried this and they send you back to the same website that has the phone number they don't answer and the email box that you cannot email them. I received the doll with no receipt on the box and no information on how to contact them. Even the return address on the outside of the box can not be read. This review is for a 0 rating. I've tried returning the doll to a Walmart store three times and they keep sending me back to this website. I do not plan to order online ever again. I have been burned for the last time by online purchases. I always ordered from a local retailer and Walmart fit the local retail category, but they refuse to help with this purchase. because they say it is a marketplace purchase. Walmart needs to get out of the Market Place.

Very disappointed, the doll was not as it looked on line , it didn’t look like it would do anything the advertisement said, wrong color also, the computer jumps every time you try to contact the return went to Walmart in Denton Texas and asked for help to return, the manager gave me a receipt from on line saying it’s a third party return

Absolutely awful doll and even worse customer service. The dolls hair/wig was put on so horribly that it has bubbles where the wig wasn’t attached to the head. In several spots the wig base was coming up through the hair. I contacted them and they responded by saying that’s normal because the dolls head is smaller than the wig and they refused to pay the return shipping. I contacted Walmart and they sent an expedited email to the seller and here it is 5 days later with no response. I contacted Walmart again today and thank goodness, they are refunding my money and starting an investigation against this seller. Buyer beware. They don’t even deserve any stars.

Very very disappointed!!! It didn't arrive one time and the doll looked like a $10 doll!!!! NOT$100!! This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter!! No way will I give her this ugly doll!!!!
