Well, knowing what I now know, I would certainly go to my local paint shop and get what I needed even if it cost twice as much. But being on a very limited budget I always shop around for best price even though I know I may take a hit in the quality of what I get. I was looking for a quart of base coat paint to paint a fender and bumper cover on my older BMW with a paint code that spanned several model years and several variants. So, I knew from the beginning that the color matching was a crap-shoot. Touch Up Express had the best price anywhere, about $80 for a qt. It was late night or early morning when I ordered the paint; got up at 5:30 AM with my wife and happened to look at Walmart.com, and noticed my order. When I looked at the order I saw that it said "single stage", not base coat! I immediately notified this company that this was wrong and to cancel the order if possible, and if not I would just order the right paint and then return the other. I specifically told them that I was going to order again immediately. I went to Walmart.com and ordered the base coat that I needed. Now I can't say for sure, but I'm pretty sure I ordered base coat in the first place, but again I could have made the mistake, but I doubt it. Anyway, all of this took place in the span of like 3 or 4 hours in the early morning long before business hours, so I was pretty sure that if someone at Touch Up Express even half payed attention to my message they could have straightened this all out with out needing to do much: just cancel the order for the single stage paint. The next day I see that the order never was cancelled and that Fedex was notified of a shipment. I again contacted Touch up Express and explained the situation and asked them to cancel that shipment and that I had already ordered the right paint from them. Well, the next day after this I see another notification that a shipment order was waiting for Fedex pick up. So, I waited for the first, wrong paint to be delivered so I could send it back. Took a little less than a week, a little long for how far it had to travel, but acceptable. Wasn't too worried because I knew that the right paint should follow the next day. As I'm waiting for the paint I'm noticing that on the tracking the second paint always says "shipment information received by fedex, waiting for pickup", and since this remains like this for days I figure someone missed scanning it and it was still following the wrong paint by a day. Almost a week goes by and I get the wrong paint, send it back as a return and I contact Touch Up express and ask about my second order. They say in their answer that, "No, that order was shipped". Within the hour I see that the tracking information is now, "Package received by Fedex and on its way". So, apparently they withheld my second package for almost a week, even though I had payed for both, and only sent it when I questioned them about it. And then lied about it already having been sent. Oh, I should have mentioned that when I first contacted Touch Up Express about the wrong order (remember that this was like 3 hours after having made the first order) I told them that I needed this paint to get our one and only car back on the road. So, this whole process took about two weeks and with the lousy customer service I had received so far, and the poor reviews and one Youtube video of a guy getting black pain instead of green that he ordered, I had little hope that I would get paint anywhere near matching my hard to match old BMW formula. Oh yeah, My return got back to them and the 48 hours after a return for refund had expired (at this point I still had not gotten the right stuff), and I chatted with Walmart.com, and explained the whole situation. I also explained that at this stage I thought they were f***ing with me because of the return. The person from Walmart.com said, "No, the return has just been received today.". I said, "No, the returned was delivered 3 days ago, would you like proof from Fedex?" She said she would contact Touch Up Express and look into the matter. Almost immediately a refund was issued. The next day I finally got the 'right' paint and unbelievable I think it's a pretty close match although I haven't taken the test stick outo the car yet. But what a hassle. This should have been a very easy thing to do -- order paint and get paint. But this took so much of my time. What a hassle!!!

Side note -- I ordered a completely different product from an Asian company and after trying it out found that it did not work with my car. It was a fairly inexpensive item. But a little after the stated refund time period I contacted the company and explained my problem with their product and they straight up said that there were known difficulties with their product and my application, and that they were really sorry and that they would immediately issue a full refund, which they did. What happened to American companies acting fairly and honestly with customers, and more importantly treating customers as valued customers? We seem more like a nuisance to these American companies than anything else. Whereas the Asian companies are competing and trying to do the best they can. We have definitely lost our edge here in America, and I feel by the time these companies realize what has happened China will own 95% of America compared to the 55% they own today. Wake up America and realize where your paycheck really comes from -- it comes from the people who buy your products and or use your services and if there's someone out there doing a better job customers will soon realize it and you'll lose that comfy job where you can relax and ignore a customers request or concerns!

Kit was supposed to come with a 12 oz. can of paint and 12 oz. can of clear coat. Only received the paint. No contact information was included. No of the links on Walmart's website work. At this point, I'm not sure if I should trust the paint.

The WORST PAINT and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!!! Most of the cans leak, the color is inconsistent, and Truck Underground actually sent me WHITE paint in a can that was supposed to be CLEAR. That RUINED my husband's blue Toyota Sienna. Truck Underground customer service will not respond to anyone -- including Walmart. And the Walmart Claims Department won't do ANYthing to help because Truck Underground product does not go through a Walmart fulfillment center. So Walmart.com hosts these jokers on their site, and Walmart then leaves their customers hanging out on their own. Now we have to pay for a professional paint job for the whole car. STEER CLEAR OF TRUCK UNDERGROUND!!!!!

I ordered this product and waited for long past delivery date, and then they they just refunded $. No, explanation , terrible business practices. If its on your website for sale, you should have it in stock, not sell something you dont have .... thats why if out of it , it says "not in stock".... You left customer waiting ,waiting, and waiting for it., over a month...

My order of touch up paint came in the mail with the all of the paint leaked out in the zip lock bag. It's unusable and the whole idea is to have it on hand to use now and then. Who ever mixed the paint didn't tighten the lid tight. I called and left messages on there customer service answering machine and got no response. There customer service sucks!! They shouldn't be in business.
