Bought a computer they sent a lesser model. Returned the computer and said either send the correct model or give me a refund. They said NO to giving the correct model and would not do a refund.

His company is named Blue Ocean and they operate many accounts on marketplaces. Their linked Amazon account is NexiPC but they are also likely operating Amazing Computer Express, SPMOR TECH, Lonhorn Computers, Legendary Computer, Computer Upgrade Expert, Pearlite Tech, TSBEAU, and Snow Bell as well. They seem to buy up all the open box returned stock which they then sell as new with "upgrades". Also, they buy all the on sale and phased out Costco, Best Buy and Walmart stock too. The manufacturers have not authorized them nor do they support their business model. For the Amazon accounts at least, none have better than 80% reviews. Many customers complain of receiving used as new and new advertised laptop with expired warranty. Since their primary procurement is for 2nd hand computers, it would make sense that they would have complaints like this. We are hoping that Amazon will take action against this company and their contingent of multiple accounts, since customers are not the only people being taken advantage of.

I concur with everyone above. I actually bought a 1400 dollar Dell gaming laptop from them on Amazon, where they appeared to be a regular Amazon insured seller (i.e. Prime eligible, were the first option, didnt say third party seller). Recieved a laptop with software issues. Went to send it back for that, mentioned I would buy a REPLACEMENT from bestbuy as they had a better price. Seller instantly claimed that I was returning the defective laptop itself for a better price and threatened MINIMUM 20% restock fee. Thank God I ordered through Amazon or I'd be seriously screwed. I cannot believe that EVERYONE is having the same issue. They are total scam artists masquerading very effectively as a reputed seller. DO NOT BELIEVE 98% positive review rating on Amazon, I'm now convinced it is done by their workers or bots.

The bad reviews on here are accurate. It is hard to believe Amazon allows Trivalley to false advertise on their site. They advertise a HP Laptop Premium 2019, then send a much cheaper computer instead, not Premium or 2019. When you return it for THEIR ERROR, they charge over $100 to restock it. Class Action time!

Bought a laptop from these Guys.. never again... They are crooks. Just like many others before me.. they shipped a bad computer. Wouldn't even start up. It got here Christmas Eve and now.. a day later we are sending it back and have to pay to have it returned. Doubt we will get our full amount back.. can't even find a phone number for these guys. The computer came out of Beaverton, Or but we have to send it to a different location called Blue Ocean.. they don't exist in Oregon. Amazon needs to be responsible for allowing crooks to be a part of their business.

Avoid these guys at all costs. They ship non-functional equipment and then charge a 20% restocking fee on the return. I think they keep sending out the same machine over and over again and make money on the restocking charge.

My machine (an HP Elite 8300 Flagship Business Desktop Computer) came:

- No USB wifi adapter

- Display Port did not work

- The 2 Tb internal hard drive failed after 3 days

- A grubby machine with no instructions

A 20% restocking charge is disgraceful.
