We ordered a refrigerator through Walmart. They delivered the wrong refrigerator. They were called back within two days of the purchase regarding this.

We are always told the same thing someone will get back with you in 24/48 hours. That never happens. I have even explained that this is sitting in the middle of the lady's kitchen who is elderly and handicap. We left specific instructions that we needed to be notified regarding the deliver and pick up date to make arrangements for someone to be on site. Instead, they go and try to pick up twice with no notification and of course no one was home. They leave a tag on the door. I call them immediately and still no resolution. I understand that they are not Walmart, however Walmart sells their products, so they are just as much to blame as this company. 100% worst customer service ever. If I could give a negative rating it would be 100%. Don't ever buy anything from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DON’T purchase anything from Appliance Dealz! Even through WALMART.com! We have been reaching out for over a month to have them return a dryer that was Falsely advertised on the Walmart website. Now it has been a Month and numerous emails back and forth full filling their picture requests, and they still have not picked up the item or honored our request for return. No communication for the last 2 weeks!!! Unacceptable! This would a no star!!! If I could!

Terrible customer service, actual return policy doesn't line up with what is stated on Walmart website. They don't even list a business address online, which I should have noticed before I purchased. Alas it's too late for me, but avoid this seller at all costs.
