I never received my product. They shipped an empty envelope so that the tracking info could show that it was mailed to my door. I can't believe Walmart allows seller with a 1.1 star ranking.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. I never received my potting mix. They stopped contacting me after my second email. Luckily, Walmart issued a refund. This is the first online seller I've ever had a problem with. I purchase everything except groceries online, so that's saying something. I'm totally disgusted.

I have a different experience than the rest. I was tracking my order as it went through the shipping process, and everything seemed fine. Then, the morning the item said "on vehicle to be delivered," I received an Email from TPM through Walmart.com about my order, with this response: "I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. I have received a request for order information. I am working on the tracking number information with our freight carrier. Please allow me time to look into this and I will promptly respond to you. Due to the Holidays shipments are running behind. I am Hoping for positive feed back from you, as I try to do my job to the best of my abilities, and take care of you, our customer. Please respond to me with ALL emails so I can assist you, Would you recommend us to family or Friends?? --- Lisa Robbins - Customer Support Team Member." I was a bit confused, because I was tracking the shipment and it was ready to be delivered. That afternoon, I received the shipping label attached to a piece of cardstock explaining there was a delay. In the meantime, it says my item was delivered, because they only generated a shipping label and sent just the label out. That's worse than claiming it was "lost in shipping" or whatever. Somebody at this company took the extra time to make it look like my item was delivered by sending a shipping label by itself. I knew it was a third party vender, but as with most of the rest of these reviewers, I did not look into the vender before purchasing. Perhaps now I will look into the vendors as a week prior, I had a problem with another Walmart vendor sending me one item they deliberately packaged by itself and sent it out as my entire order, and I ordered four.

Same as the above. Walmart will NOT refund your money no matter how many times you call, or how ever nice their telephone reps pretend to be, Walmart is 100% to blame -- they are the crooked party here. Look at how long Walmart is letting this go on!!! Walmart is the true thief. I finally had to dispute through my credit card company. Fortunately, I am in a city planner with a Walmart developer's application sitting on my desk right now -- DENIED! Screw you Walmart, go rip off someone else.

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT. WAITED 2 MONTHS, CONTACTED SELLER TWICE AND GOT THE SAME EXCUSE THAT THEY SHIPPED THE ITEM AND IT'S THE SHIPPERS FAULT THAT IT'S LOST. DON'T BOTHER TO CONTACT SHIPPER SINCE THEY DO NOTHING.

Same at everyone else here. Purchased items never received,or shipped based upon USPS tracking and nothing but unprofessional responses from vendor. Had i been paying close attention and realised that this was a third party seller, I wouldn't have place the order to begin with. To be fair, Wal-Mart refunded my money, but I am frankly amazed that they haven't dropped this seller. Since I can't give less that one star, I will say emphatically here: NO STARS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR.

I don't provided One Star Reviews. You see so many that are bourne of anger or stupidity. This is an exception. At best, we're dealing with ineptitude. At worse, it is a scam artist. I have asked that WalMart Corporate be tagged on this seller. Walmart suffers sufficiently in the shadow of Amazon. Walmart hardly need to be providing shelter for this nonsense. Avoid this seller.

Scam! Do not order from them. Item will never move from “pre-shipment/label printed”. Then their customer service will ask you not to leave a bad review and that they are working hard to get it figured out but it’s not their fault that its been misplaying by usps.

Order was placed. I was sent a confirmation email and said was being shipped. 2weeks later the seller TPM never even sent the item to usps. Had to contact Walmart customer service to get money refunded. Total scam.

Seller is a scam. Walmart should not be having them as sellers. Package says sent but no package arrived. Only way to get your money back is to contact customer service. Same story as everybody else.
