DO NOT BUY FROM TIRE BROS. The worst customer service ever. Not sure why Walmart would be associated with this 3rd party seller.
I had originally purchased 4 tires on Walmart.com from this 3rd party supplier.and only had about 7000 miles on them when one developed a bulge so I needed a replacement. Ordered a replacement tire twice on Walmart.com. Both times the order was canceled without my knowledge. I contacted Walmart and they contacted Tire Bros by phone. The first time the supplier said it was a computer glitch. The second time they said that the tire I ordered was the wrong size, which made no sense at all since I ordered the exact same tire based on my order history at Walmart.com. Apparently the tires aren't even available anymore since I can't find them on other supplier websites either. Now I'm having to deal with Walmart automotive directly and sitting on the phone endlessly waiting to talk to a manager. I have the Road Hazard protection and they can't give me the same brand of tire, which might not transfer to another brand. Walmart needs to drop these lying losers. Wish I could give them a negative 10 review.
Ordered two tires through the Walmart website and as soon as I realized (1 min later) it was from a third party I attempted to cancel the order. Have sent two emails requesting to cancel and have not received a reply at all. On top of that, they updated the order to shipped (label created) but the tires have not made it to the UPS for the last two days. I will never order anything through Walmart online again!
Very unprofessional I ordered a pair of tires that I have yet to receive and UPS tells me that the company never shipped my tires. Now the company is claiming that Walmart had the wrong tracking number. I am very unsatisfied with them and believe that they should not be supplying Walmart customers

Petty Scammers is to polite to call this outfit. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves for associating with and having Tire Bros as one of it's vendors (Marketplace Retailer). This company (if you want to call them that gives Walmart a bad name). I ordered (4) new tires from them and they shipped them from CA to FL via UPS, they arrive & go out on the local delivery truck only for the driver to be notified that the sender requests them to be returned stating they (changed their mind)! Furthermore Walmart informs me of an adjustment/refund to my card I used weeks earlier for purchase stating (The credit SHOULD appear on statement within two billing cycles). Yes I abbreviated should! Is this suppose to somehow make me feel better!! Here are the current facts: Right now I'm out hundreds of dollars, don't have the merchandise I paid my hard earned money on and Walmart is telling me I should receive a refund within the next couple of months. REALLY!!! This scum bag company has my money for free to use how they please for the next month or two! WARNING: Stay Away From TIRE BROS unless you enjoy GRIEF! Walmart needs to improve on their choice of Marketplace Retailers they choose and wish to do business with...are you listening WALMART! Unhappily I don't have a choice to leave Zero Stars or better yet a Negative Star rating so I will have to opt for the lowest possible choice and give them 1 Star. In the meantime I'm in the process of purchasing 4 more new tires (can't wait 2 months wearing a happy face like Walmart expects) elsewhere while crossing my fingers I'll eventually receive a Refund form these Rip-Off Clowns....
Purchased a tire from Walmart (coming from "Tire Bros" realized I don't need it 5min from purchasing. Canceled the order right away. Then canceled it once again since I didn't get confirmation. 2 days later I see they have shipped the tire. Once they shipped it they notified me they will cancel the order if they find the tire before it ships.
So anyway the tire arrived, went to return it only to find out I would be charged restocking feesl and for shipping it back.
They gave themselves enough time to ship and then reply knowing I would have to pay for the return shipment and possibly keep the tire. Which is why they replied with such delay.
I ordered these tires $42 a piece somehow they lost them the price went up $20 when I tried to reorder one pissed off lady
