Do NOT expect to receive the idem you ordered from this company. They took the money out of my account to psy for it and promptly sent me the wrong one. Now all 5 contact numbers and email addresses, and 'help 'filings won't allow your complaint to go through ! Very time consuming; very expensive; and extremely frustrating !
I have tried contacting Etsy Co. 5 times with no responses. They sent me the wrong order. They obviously do not care about the customers that support them, yet they take our money quickly ! No more !
I was very excited about this purchase, of the Vantage Embossed Flower Pattern Jewelry Tresure Box, 3 boxes in one wow! It was the perfect prop for my Opera company. So you can only imagine how disappointed I was when it was shipped in separate containers and the larger box NEVER arrived as promised. I reported the lost item Walmart, they contacted Thy Trading LLC, and asked them to get back to me, but they Never did. I have tried a second time, but I expect the same result. I did not want to write this negative review the smaller boxes I received were lovely, but I ordereda set of 3. I didn't want a refund I just want what I purchased. It's a shame it never came.
