Ordered a WWE Superstar figure. One of them was open and not even connected to the card. Now I’m sure I have to jump through hoops, drive to Walmart, return the opened figure and hope to be able to find a tough figure in mint condition

This seller is a scam! Beware!

I only deter a dinosaur toy from them through Walmart that was over $50 and received a little wrestler figurine.

When I contacted Walmart they could not get in touch with the seller the phone number they had was not a working number!

Cancel your order and take forever to refund your money.. Con artist and buyer beware

On 2/19/2020 I placed an order on the Walmart website for a Five Nights at Freddy Elchip. On 2/20/2020 my payment was taken out stating that it was shipped from this company and was due to arrive on February 26th. I saw no movement on the USPS tracking and when I did not receive it, the USPS tracking still showed that only a label was created but it was never scanned and on its way. I was unsuccessful at reaching this toy company they did not answer their telephones so I sent them an email and contact at Walmart. I later I got an email reply from this toy company stating that they would generate a "lost ticket" to track shipment. I emailed them back stating "how can you submit a lost ticket when you didn't even send the damn product out in the first place". They are ridiculous and they have poor communication customer service. Luckily Walmart backs up what products you buy on their website and an adjustment has been made to my account oh, I'm just awaiting the refund to my card. The story company never had any intentions of sending it out from what it seems like!! To this day, they are still indicating that they still have three in stock yet I could never get mine from the beginning. It's very sad because I have a very disappointed granddaughter and I also paid $8 extra shipping to get it faster. If I was you I would never buy from this company... if you choose to then you better have patience and hope for the best that you receive your product and not have to deal with the hassle of waiting on a refund. I would give negative Stars if I could but they force you to at least put a one-star so this review will get posted. They don't even deserve that!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Paid $36 for a $6 toy. About ten minutes after I realized I made a huge mistake I tried to cancel order and the owner told me he shipped it out already. IMPOSSIBLE. Deceitful in all things including his RIDICULOUS pricing. No customer service abilities and 100% apathetic. STAY AWAY. I would give negative stars if I could!!!
