I bought a $160 Overpriced SSD from them. When I noticed it was half the price on Amazon I refunded. They stated that I returned a different item and voided my return even though it was exactly what they sent not even opened.

Be aware, don't respond to email, voice mail box is full, and never received my order.

Worst company ever they dont care about you as a customer, The screwed me out of my money for a laptop that never worked. I bought it through Walmart and neither company helped me. Never buy from them they are the worst customer service and they wont give you your money back.

My new XBox X is two months old and failed. This seller stinks. They left me hanging with no help or assistance even when there is a 90 day and one year warranty on the product. You are wasting your time and money purchasing anything from this company.

And 4 hours later they cancel saying "pricing error" looking at the rest of their mdse they are scalpers and he forgot to scalp and now wants to cancel so he can scalp. Walmart customer service takes his side but offers me a 25.

You sold me an xbox series x halo edition for the MSRP of $549.99. You cancelled the order stating that they pricing was wrong. What was wrong about it? You wanted to scalp instead of sell honestly?

Worst ever! They take no responsibility for THEIR merchandise! Once you pay for it you are screwed out of your money if you never receive it. I received a email from Adel telling me so. They won't refund me my money or resend my package. I will never buy anything through them again and I hope Walmart wakes up and stops letting them sell through them! They are bad for business!

I got a system back in may for my sons birthday, long story short it only took the game and never turned on again and this was 1st time using system. He wanted a Xbox but I convinced him ps is better well now I look like a bad father buying him the most expensive piece of junk. These things should come with automatic warranty if it just won't turn on smh this isn't right I prey you guys don't let ppl just loose 500 bucks. He is mentally ill so it's really hard for him, he got nothing else for his birthday expect that and I feel so bad

I will never do business with you again. I purchased a computer and they cancelled my order and increased the price by $400. I will no longer do business with Walmart either. If you choose to do business with a fraudulent company, it's a reflection on you too.

Would rate lower but that is not an option. I got a computer on a Walmart gift card. The computer is not one I wanted so I went to return it but the problem is that the gift card I bought it with was stolen. This company refuses to issue a refund to a different gift card.
