Looking for a tile floor scrubbers to remove wax buildup. It’s poor business to charge a restock fee if the machine doesn’t work or doesn’t do what it says it does. How do we know if it works if we can’t try it out!! Very poor customer service!!! I won’t even try your product due to this and a shipping fee on top of that!!
They get 1 star because ZERO is not an option. We ordered a $553.00 Dyson vacuum and what they sent us was a filthy dirty used vacuum. We immediately returned it to our local WM store and showed them what we received. Wal-Mart returned it to the supplier and the supplier's rep called my wife and accused her of mail fraud and said "you're not going to get away with this". Extremely rude. Then they (the supplier) sent us an email telling us to return the new unit...if we want a refund. WE NEVER RECEIVED A NEW VACUUM. I got Wal-Mart involved and we were given our full refund by WM the next day - after this vendor tried to stick us with $119.00 "shipping and restock fee". Wal-Mart was awesome but, I recommend never doing business with this supplier.
I ordered a replacement hepa filter for a panasonic vacuum. The product description clearly states there are 2 filters in the pack but there is only 1 filter. When I returned the item stating that it was not as described they charged me $9.99 shipping. I will not ever do business with them again.
Ordered Hoover max 60 brush...posts don't line up...need to return...no response from Vac Expert with return info...Walmart said I would hear in one business day...it's been almost two weeks. Will possibly refuse to pay account.
